Item as described in pristine condition, however took 3 days for them to ship and didn’t include the screen protector I paid for and is shown on the invoice

Brilliant service. I purchased a refurbished iPhone 6 on Friday, asked for courier delivery same day at around midday- it was with me by 4pm. Unfortunately that phone had a glitch but contacted lovefone on Monday and they immediately sent someone out to collect my phone. Back with me the next day. Thank you!

Took my Pixel 2 XL in for a screen repair after Carphone Warehouse said they did not have the parts.

Phone was repaired in an hour and looks as good as new. I am very impressed especially as the Pixel 2 XL has not been out for very long.

I ordered this phone in the week before Christmas,it arrived within one day of being ordered. The refurbished phone was advertised as good, rather than excellent or pristine, but it is actually a lovely phone with no scratches and a couple of tiny marks that can barely be seen. I have been very impressed with the service so far.

First of all I haven't had a chance to test the phone because it is wrapped up as a Christmas gift, but it certainly looked pristine - as described. I ordered it on Friday after being BADLY let down by another company offering the same service. I am overwhelmed by the quality of Customer Service from LOVEFONE. Called around noon, spoke to the AMAZING Roxanne who explained she could not take payment over the phone, but when the order came through she would email me the Tracking number. She followed up on this and arranged an alternative delivery as I live on one of the more remaote Scottish islands. The phone arrived the next day and she even found time to put in a personal message thanking me for the order.

I'm sure the phone will be fine - there's a clear message saying that a new back has been put on so it's a generic IMEI number but it gives advice on how to find that unique ID.

I'm sure I'll use them again and I hope that the owner of the business recognises Roxanne's excellence.
