I ordered a refurbished 6+ iphone and the two-day delivery resulted in a parcel-is-delayed-in-traffic non-delivery (for three more days), which ultimately led me to cancel the produce purchased. Additionally, it’s been the 4th day after cancelling my order and no refund has been done yet. Unacceptable experience.

I bought an iPhone SE in Very Good condition and it arrived speedily, and I found no flaws with it! It’s working great, would recommend Lovefone to anyone.

Like a lot of people I was looking for a refurbished product as a present for a family member (my mum) for Christmas. It can always feel like a bit of a compromise buying refurbished. You can have cheap but not great condition, you can have up-to-date but not a great price or condition, you can have great condition but not a great price. It's hard to find that great balance of a great refurbished phone at a good price. At least that's what I thought. I stumbled on LoveFone after an obsessive search to find the best deal and I'm amazed at what I found.

I found an iPhone 6s on the site, in fantastic condition, with a new iFixit battery installed with warranty (one of the weak points in any pre-loved phone), a tempered glass screen protector and a new charge cable AND a 2 year warranty for the same price as a new iPhone SE with 1 year warranty. I think that is pretty amazing. Delivery was excellent. DPS, their courier, gave me a 1 hour delivery window so I knew when it was arriving. Everything was boxed up properly and the phone securely housed in an inflatable sleeve.

For me, buying refurbished has never felt like a better proposition since finding LoveFone. If you're on a budget, looking for a genuine bargain or just a bit green-minded and want to ensure older tech has a proper lifespan in the market then you should give them a try.

Off the back of this purchase I'll be recycling my old iPhone 6 with them and upgrading to a newer model in the coming months and getting my partner to do the same. And I'll be doing that feeling confident I'm getting a great phone and a great service at a great price. 10/10

Very professional, even made me aware and refunded a purchase that I had accidentally ordered twice. Phone came in great condition and is working perfectly.

We have been very impressed by the service received from Lovefone. Their website was clear and informative and we thought their grading of phones was more helpful than some other suppliers of refurbished phones. We purchased a 'pristine' iPhone 6s and it is pristine - not a mark on it. We ordered on a Saturday evening, had an email to say the phone was being shipped on the following Monday and received it Wednesday morning.

The phone was sent by Royal Mail 24hr tracked service requiring signature on delivery. We received numerous emails & texts from Royal Mail however most of these were inaccurate and unhelpful. For example, we received messages at 8:08 am and 10:30 am saying the parcel had been delivered and signed for when it had definitely not! After some anxious phone calls to Lovefone and Royal Mail it appeared that RM were having some 'IT issues'! Roxana at Lovefone was extremely apologetic and helpful, she made calls to Royal Mail and called us back and kept us informed. The phone did arrive later that morning and was exactly as described: a pristine iPhone 6s, well packaged in protective, rigid bubble pack and a strong outer box. The phone was supplied with a screen protector, brand new (boxed) Kanex ChargeSync USB cable with Lightning Connector and the little tool needed to open the Sim tray.

In summary, we had excellent service from Lovefone and are delighted with the phone. The delivery service from Royal Mail was disappointing (no fault of Lovefone - apparently they had switched to Royal Mail after being let down by another courier service) and we encouraged Lovefone to complain to RM.

Delivery in time

Firstly there were a few problems with my delivery due to problems with their distributor but these were resolved as quickly as possible and beyond my expectations. I was kept informed at all stages and would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

I would absolutely recommend avoiding Lovefone.

I purchase a refurbished iphone 6 from them...which arrived locked to another users apple ID account. When I called them back to try and sort it they claimed that it was my fault, refused to refund me or replace the phone. They are still claiming that.

Absolutely outrageous, I've never received such terrible service from a company, where I was blamed for their technical issue.

The products came in excellent conditions and are working as new! The customer service experience was fantastic! (Thank you Roxana!). I'm really happy with my purchase: 100% recommended
