I researched another company after being sold a fake iPhone from a company on eBay. I had reservations but went with my gut instinct. The customer service from lovefone is excellent. The phone was for my daughters bithday. It Was despatched on time as promised. I purchased a pristine iPhone as you have a choice of the quality you desire. It arrived and was in pristine. Condition as specified on the website plus the guarantee was in the box. There has been no issues at all with it and it is legitimately an iPhone. If my eldest daughter does well in her exams next year I'll definitely be purchasing another phone from this company. I've already recommended friends to this company.

Very easy transaction and decent choice of models on site. iPhone purchased was exactly as described. The only caveat I would have is that the phone came with a rather diminutive charging lightning cable. It does the job for sure. But rather short.
All in all an easy, painless purchase.

Hi,
My daughter snapped the charger in the charging port. Went to Apple Store and was told that it can't be fixed and that I need to replace my iPhone and pay 289GBP!!
As a last resort before buying a new phone, went to lovefone. The guy in the lab took my phone, withdrew the broken piece, cleaned the charging port and gave me my phone (after checking it's charging) - all in less then 20 seconds!! He also didn't want any money for that.

We had a very quick delivery of the phone but a couple of teething issues. The touch sensor at the edges of the screen was not sensitive enough and we couldn't register an Apple ID. I called Lovefone fearing the worst but Rob gave EXCELLENT service. When I explained the urgency he dispatched a new phone immediately that was there next morning in perfect working order. The service was a very pleasant surprise and would recommend !

The refurb phone purchased was exactly as described and was very well packaged. An initial message indicated it would arrive earlier than advertised (ie the next day) but this was soon corrected and it arrived in two working days with a little message for the purchaser - nice touch! Overall good communications and a trouble-free transaction.

Faultless. Pitched up without a booking. Lightning charging port knackered. 30 mins later up and running with a new port. Price very reasonable.
Would unhesitatingly recommend.

The staff were welcoming, yet I was instantly made to feel uncomfortable once they asked for my password to 'check the screen worked', something I've never heard a person need to do before. The service was quick which was great, but my phone instantly felt a lot less responsive. My friend also had hers fixed, and her phone no longer works. Will be requesting refunds

Did screen repairs for both ipad air 2 and MacBook pro retina. Both done very well. Even more impressive was the outstanding customer service; nothing was a problem, everything had to be perfect, great communication, and incredibly polite. I cannot recommend highly enough. And no, I don't have any shares or any interest in this company!

Took my phone out of my pocket to find my screen cracked and flickering. Desperately needed urgent repair as i had a flight the next morning so searched google and came across these guys who had a clean and simple website with the price upfront. Rang to make sure it was correct and they confirmed. Left the office at 12.45 got there by 1 and picked it up around 1.30 (after going for some lunch in the area). Extremely corteous staff and i'm very pleased with the speed and professionalism of these guys - they definitely know what they're doing. My 3rd repair in as many years (i know) so i'm sure i'll be visitng these guys again. Very happy, keep up the good work.

I'm accident prone, so it was no surprise when I cracked my 1 month old iPhone screen. I got Lovefone to come to my office and fix my phone while I worked away.

I was impressed by the speed of Lovefone, phone collected, fixed, returned in less than 2hours (in Central London). They do exactly what they say on the website.
