I have used several mapping services, but MapServe is by far the most intuitive. The website is straightforward to navigate, and I was able to find and download the exact OS maps I needed in minutes.... See more

I was able to identify and download a large OS extract to CAD on a SUNDAY, and get a whole lot of work done on it by Monday.
The interface worked well and it was a unique experience for me to be able to download an OS extract without speaking to someone over the phone. Although I much prefer to speak to a human, I was in a rush on this occasion - so my expectations of getting a 'result' were very low. Will definitely use MapServe again.
Good service from the team at Mapserve. I get all my maps from Mapserve and on the rare occasion there is a problem, they fix it straightaway

We purchased a map recently which proved to be very poor quality and an exorbitant price for what was delivered. The file size was barely above 100kb making for a very grainy and pixelated image. This poor quality image cost almost £25!
The customer service was infrequent and also poor ignoring several of the questions asked.
The website is clunky and awkward to use. You have to register your details just to view the map. The measurement feature does not work and the ability to select the area appropriate to your needs causes page crashes. You also get a limited number of free views before you have to purchase an overpriced map to carry on viewing which considering the page crashes only adds to the frustration.
Overall I cannot recommend this service as for us it turned out to be a highly overpriced waste of time.
