They had the best properties in the area compared to all the other agents and Rob Hall was especially helpful; finding suitable options, setting up viewings for us and taking us through every stage of the process once we had found the flat we liked the most. Easy and helpful at every stage
I used Wanstead Martin & Co to rent my property out and they were brilliant from start to finish. It was the first time I had rented out a property and Rob was really helpful and patient with me, explaining all the steps and helping me to understand what I needed to do at each stage. Property sale
Used Martin & Co for the sale of a property. Gave an accurate indication of value, marketed the property well and identified lots of potential purchasers. Showed a lot of local knowledge of the area. Obtained a great price for the property and proved invaluable in pushing the sale through. Nothing was too much trouble and they were very responsive. Would highly recommend Mike, Richard and the team.

True to his word
True to his word. Richard Conlan, was our agent and a true professional. He sold our fiat in good time and we recently completed and moved to our new house.

Happy Tenants
We rented our flat in New Wanstead from Martin & Co. Rob was very helpful from the beginning, he provided a good communication between us and landlord and by his help we managed to rent the flat.
