Rob hall was my letting agent, very good communication and happy so far. Pleased with my experience with Martins and Co, no complaints to be made.

I was in contact with Martin & Co. while I waited for probate on my mothers house. They offered a lot of professional advice regarding every stage of proceedings: from where I was to the start of where I wanted to go!

Once the house was occupied, they professionally managed several issues that needed action quickly and kept me up to date with very understandable communications.

So far, I would strongly recommend Martin & Co Wanstead and I hope for continual excellent service all round.

I have recently appointed Martin & Co (Wanstead) after terminating a long standing relationship with another Letting Agent.

First impressions count. I met with Rob Hall who came across as very professional, knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything thoroughly including the rationale for any advice given. Within a couple of weeks of appointing Martin & Co i received a call from Rob with the details of three prospective tenants. The preferred tenant moved in a couple of weeks later.

To date my experience of moving agents has been very smooth and hassle free. The team at Martin & Co appear highly professional, proactive, seem to provide good customer service and offer good value for money.

Should my experience change i will update this feedback accordingly but based on my experience so far, i would highly recommend the team at Martin & Co in Wanstead.

Rob was professional, thorough and efficient in supporting us from viewing through to getting our tenancy agreement signed. So much so that we had all the t's crossed and i's dotted within a fortnight! Thanks for your help getting us into our new home so quickly and painlessly.

I had an exceptional experience using Martin & Co Wanstead for both a house purchase and associated sale. The brilliant, lovely and knowledgeable Laraine kickstarted it all with a detailed and helpful overview of the house I was interested in and that very much encapsulated what I was to expect in the following weeks.

The finer details when it came to market my home were also beyond expectation. Professional photography to do my home justice, a 100% precise floorplan, video tour and strong promotion to attract the right interest.

But when that's all said and done, you're hoping you have someone in command and control when it comes to sales progression. In Lorraine, I was fortunate to have an absolute diamond. Totally on it throughout, chasing where necessary, guiding all parties involved, updating and making things move with pace. She was truly superb. It underlined that a good team can get by with 1-2 decent people, but a great team requires everyone to be on the ball and Martin & Co certainly have that.

They set the bar very high and are the best estate agent experience I've had to date. 5 stars are fully deserved and I recommend them wholeheartedly. Thank you to Mike, Laraine and Lorraine for going beyond the call of duty!

Rob was always available and very helpful setting up a viewing just coming out of lockdown. The renting agreement process was very quick and efficient despite doing everything remotely. He made sure everything was easy and efficient for all parties.
