I had the manager himself come out from wanstead. He has not replied to my emails or phone calls
There is no way to complain either i tried head office but no body responded after a promise of a call back.
Irresponsible and unprofessional and an unnecessary agent. Not worth the trouble of my time anymore

I live in Brisbane
I live in Brisbane. In 2019 Rob took on the letting of my late father's flat. Time and distance can be a tricky thing when you live 12,000 miles away. Rob's dedication and professionalism at this time especially given the required regulations and restrictions that COVID had put in place, made what was a sad and difficult process very much easier. After probate was granted in 2021, Rob then took on the sale of the property and had me confident that he was the right man for the job. Communication was key in the process and Rob again scored highly with that, resulting in a successful sale which completes within 2 weeks. Thank you Rob Hall.

I am very happy with the service provided by Martin & Co Wanstead and Rob Hall in particular. Rob managed to let my flat in July despite challenging circumstances, namely changing tenant preferences/requirements during COVID. He secured multiple viewings, provided excellent advice and the process culminated in my property being let with the desired calibre of tenant. In August, he did it again for another property, by securing a quality tenant within a week of commencing marketing! Thank you for the outstanding service.

First time renting!

A great little local Estate Agent
A great little local Estate Agent. We had Richard who was absolutely fantastic - lovely guy, not pushy, understanding, patient, and knew the area extremely well. All round excellent service from Martin & Co - each time we called the office, anyone who was there picked up the phone and was helpful, and passed on messages. Would definitely deal with these guys again, however we're not looking to move out of our newly bought lovely home in the immediate future!
