I was hugely impressed with Martin&Co not having used the company before to rent out my property. Rob Hall knows the rental market so well in Wanstead and provided great advice along the way. Rented out my property straight away. I couldn't recommend Martin &Co highly enough !

I used Martin and Co of Wanstead to find new tenants for my flat. It's a slightly unusual situation and I was impressed by the way suitable potential tenants were selected to come and view the flat.
Everything was very straightforward and I now have new tenants that I'm very pleased with. I would have no hesitation in recommending Martin and Co.

She was in daily communication with me, keeping things on track, and finally getting the sale to a successful conclusion. I was a tenant via Martin & Co in Wanstead for about 4 and a half years. The office is very professional and they do not disturb you while you are a tenant. If there are any problems in the property then all you have to do is let them know and they send someone to fix the issue very swiftly.
I had no issues during my time as a tenant and the reason I left was because I relocated away from the area of Wanstead and London as a whole. If I didn't do this then I would be happy to continue to use the services of Martin & Co in Wanstead.
