This company's staff were all friendly, helpful and efficient. Laraine Tarrant, the estate agent who dealt with my move, was extremely patient and skilful in dealing with all aspects of the sale. She was in daily communication with me, keeping things on track, and finally getting the sale to a successful conclusion. She even helped me find accommodation outside London so that I could go straight there on moving day. I am very grateful to her.

I was a tenant via Martin & Co in Wanstead for about 4 and a half years. The office is very professional and they do not disturb you while you are a tenant. If there are any problems in the property then all you have to do is let them know and they send someone to fix the issue very swiftly.
I had no issues during my time as a tenant and the reason I left was because I relocated away from the area of Wanstead and London as a whole. If I didn't do this then I would be happy to continue to use the services of Martin & Co in Wanstead.
