Friendly, helpful and trustworthy, Laraine was incredibly helpful throughout what was a pretty long, winding road towards finding and moving into the property of our dreams. Our purchases fell through, was back, fell through, and was back on again. Laraine provided helpful advice throughout it all, and I know she did the same for the vendor too.

I was getting a bit tired of being shown properties that didn't live up to what was being presented and I was on a deadline and running out of time!Rob and his colleagues at Martin and Co, quickly booked me a viewing the following day of my enquiry, gave me some honest, good advice about how to seal the deal, and the whole process was done and dusted quickly, professionally and with little fuss. Highly recommend them if you're looking to buy or rent in the Wanstead and surrounding area.

Efficient, honest and friendly. they go the extra mile to help.
There are paintings, then there is the Mona Lisa.
There are opera singers, then there is Pavarotti.
There are Estate and Letting Agents, then there is Martin and Co Wanstead.
This sector of the economy usually sits between politician and traffic wardens. Martin and Co were a refreshing breath of fresh air.
From first contact, through clear information, on to moving in and sorting out minor issues, the team has been faultless.
Our main contact Rob even chauffeured me to the viewing (I had broken my leg), sought answers to all our questions, and was the very model of efficiency.
The maintenance team deserve a Maintenance Oscar, sourcing some expert tradespeople to carry out minor but essential works to the electrics and plumbing - they even found us a gardener, a true son of the soil with a prodigious plant knowledge.
Whether you are a good landlord or tenant, I would have no hesitation in recommending Martin and Co.
I just wish all letting agents lived up to this standard.

The whole team at Martin and Co wanstead have been incredible. We Have worked with many sales and Lettings teams over the years and the experience has always been so so. An exceptional experience viewing a property
We went to view a property. Two estate agents, Mike and Larraine, were waiting inside to greet us. One of the vendors was present-but stayed in one room working. Mike was friendly and respectful talking to him and the vendor seemed at ease. Both Mike and Larraine proceeded to give us a whole hour of their time at the house. They were extremely informative about everything. We were new to the area but Mike had members of his his family literally living across the road! We talked about local facilities, types of houses we’d find nearby and lots more besides. It was a proper conversation and both of them seemed to enjoy being with us!! Ridiculous as it sounds, I left feeling moving house might not be such a horrible experience and that I’d found a new friend in Larraine who was just lovely. Thank you very much indeed, Mike and Larraine. You are both an asset to your profession.

5 star plus. Fantastic service. The estate agency team (Wanstead Branch) was on top of everything throughout the whole process regards to selling my property.
You also got the feeling of a personal touch making a stressful time a whole lots easier.
