Excellent for Finding the right Tenant!
Have used Martin & Co Wanstead / Mike every time we need a new tenancy for our apartment in South Woodford. Paperwork is always clear and the process always smooth sailing. We have dealt with Rob Hall the last few years who is very professional and knowledgeable regarding the suitability of new Tenants and always at hand if you have any questions. Hello,
Martin & co they are best letting agents I have ever seen in my life. They are always helping people from the beginning to the end of tenancy.
Yes, I can say Robe, Sarah and Richard help to me a lot but not only they are whole team who they are working inside form the receptionist to the property manager & all.

I have worked with Rob Hall for a number of years and find him to be a great letting agent. I am a landlord of a property and Rob has found me multiple tenants over the years. Rob is very approachable, helpful and responsive. A pleasure to work with.
I also find Rob gives you a helpful background on each tenant that allows you to make the best choice for your property. Would definitely recommend!

A Big Thankyou to All the Martin and Co staff at Wanstead…
All the Martin and Co staff at Wanstead involved in both the sale of our house and the purchase of our new house were professional and helpful at all stages, paying attention to detail and acting on all our requests quickly and efficiently. They also went above and beyond their brief to advise on the help we needed including tradesmen and potential money saving suggestions for the future.
As moving was something we hadn't experienced for over 40 years they helped ease the inevitable stresses.
We have recommended them to friends resulting in at least one further sale and would not hesitate to recommend them again.
