Martin and Co were excellent from start to finish. The viewing was arranged very quickly and Peter answered any questions I had.
Our date to move in was honoured and they allowed us to pay deposit and full amount in several payments to co-incide with pay day.
All our questions or queries were all answered very quickly throughout the process by Harriet.
When I went to pick up the keys, that was all completed quickly and professionally and was very painless- Harriet had everything organised and ready to go and was very welcoming and friendly.
We love our new home and have been very impressed with M and Co so far :)

I've recently become a tenant for the first time and since viewing the property, I've had nothing but outstanding service from the team at Martin & Co and their sister company CJ Hole. The majority of my dealings have been with Harriet and I can say that she has been brilliant from day 1. Every question/query I had, she responded promptly and in a professional manner. Would highly recommend this company and look forward to any ongoing dealings I have with them in future.

Brilliant pre care and easy application method.and completion was easy. Friendly staff. The only issues i have is the after care.trying to get jobs done and confirmation of progress of jobs is what lets them down.

We are a family of 4 and we were relocating from Czech republic. Luckily we had people to view the properties on our behalf and when we found a property the process was quiet simple. As we were abroad and could not visit the shop most of the documentation was done electronically which was really helpful. On arriving at the agency and providing the last bits of I.d. everything else (setting up Bill's etc...) was explained clearly to me. When arriving at the property I forgot which key and was for which garage and a quick telephone call was all that was needed. I can highly recommend this agency. They are friendly and work hard to solve any problems you may encounter. :D

We had a smooth transition, with payments being processed quickly and all documents being sent promptly via email. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was withheld information when it came to the outbuildings of the property meaning we had less storage than we originally believed.
