Very professional. The agents I have been in contact with at Martin and Co have been very friendly and helpful.

There have been a few of issues. For example, I was given the wrong key to access the apartment block. This meant I was unable to move in on the first day. However, the issue was quickly rectified the following morning.

There were some faults with the property which were not stated on the inventory list. For example, one of the main windows is permanently open as the lock on the window is broken. A contractor came to inspect the window two and a half weeks ago and proceeded to get a quote from Martin and Co. I didn't hear anything for a week and a half. I informed Martin and Co after this but it has now been another week and I still have not heard from the contractor.
The toilet water replenisher was not working properly but that issue was quickly dealt with and has been fixed.

Overall, I have been happy with the treatment from Martin and Co so far.

Brilliant Service!

Fantastic service, one which is worth the money. Easily found a nice flat in the centre of town with absolutely no trouble whatsoever throughout the process of signing up. Would definitely use again. Haven't had any experience with regards to repairs at the moment but can't imagine we would receive a service below what we have come to expect from the Martin and Co branch in Worcester.
