I've just starting renting a property with Martin and Co. All the staff seem nice and helpful. There were a couple of problems when I moved into the property. The washing machine and heating thermostat were not working. Martin and Co sent someone round within about 2 hours to fix the washing machine (which just hadn't been connected up at the back), and sent an engineer round who was able to fix the thermostat the following day. I was very impressed with the speed these things were addressed.

I used the services of Martin & Co in Worcester following a viewing. I found all the team very knowledgeable in all aspects of the property and letting procedures. Very satisfied with the whole process and assistance the team gave, turning round my application in quick time, so I was able to collect keys over the Christmas period. Great company 5*

I have always found the staff at Martin & Co to be friendly and approachable. During a recent rental process I found myself having trouble with my referencing, Harriet who was dealing with our tenancy went above and beyond on my behalf, I really felt like someone was in my corner, which I haven't felt from other estate agents. It is due to the staff Harriet and Peter that my new landlord felt comfortable going ahead with the tenancy. I highly recommend Martin & Co., they treated me like I was human and not just another tenant.
