Memory matress ordered he tuned up I asked if this had springs he said no just 10 inch memory foam after unpacking and trying I found it was just an orthopaedic matress text him says I got better deal saying it was 5 inch memory supported with spring tried it last night worst matress ever

Absolutely disgusted with this company. I placed an order and money paid. Didn’t receive it and reported it to them. They took ages to respond and had to constantly email them with proof I didn’t receive the item. After 2 months I finally got a refund but they constantly tried not to pay it. Don’t go near them there a disgrace

Absolutely disgusted with quality .. not even unrolled this mattress as you can see not described as pic .. contacted wowcher for refund ... DO NOT BUY

avoid this UNPROFESSIONAL and INCOMPETENT BUSINESS. By far the worst retail business i have dealt with. 2 months shy of 64 with more than 25 years
experience in retail and contracts managements. Calling WOWCHER BANDITS and COWBOYS is an understatement.

Wish I’d known about what a con this company is. Bought mattress through woucher . They are expecting me to roll up the mattress and pretend it’s a mattress topper to return it so courier accepts it Unfortunately I don’t have a mattress rolling machine so impossible to return . Worse quality ever . Saggy and nothing like the picture. Very misleading. Sick of arguing with them to get my ‘no quibble ‘ money back. Defo not orthopaedic DO NOT BUY. TERRIBLE MATTRESS. NEEDS TO BE IN THE BIN

Bought a mattress from mattress haven on Wowcher (double)….said it was medium firm memory foam….they have forgot to put the memory foam in…the WORST mattress I’ve lay down on…..very cheap feeling, sunk right down, very uncomfortable….this is not the mattress they describe…..nothing but a cheap fake…..DO NOT BUY!!!!!

I allowed myself to be swept along by the hype over this mattress from mattress haven. I don't usually have regrets about ordering something but this mattress is without doubt my worse purchase

To falsely claim its orthopaedic when clearly its not, it comes rolled up and was delivered without even notification I could have been out, and it came before its due date. All you can feel on this is springs and hearing the popping noise every time you sit on it. My own saving grace its for my 11 year old who is not that heavy, but this would be of no use to a person of above average weight. My first and last Wowcher purchase I will not be caught out again

Wish I had thought to read up on this before I ordered it, not sending it back as I’ve no intention on paying for postage. This is very poor quality I very much doubt it should carry the description of being orthopaedic, it gives no support whatsoever. I really hope no one has ever paid full price. Wowcher you really need to do some research on the products you are advertising. Things like this will give you a bad rep.

This mattress supposed to be £450 they are having a laugh I know I paid £99 , it’s very poor quality , all I can say is give it a big miss

I ordered thru Wowcher and delivery was very quick. Came rolled and shrink wrapped.
Sadly the mattress was too soft for my requirements. I contacted customer services and have had a fantastic experience they were so helpful and have arranged collection for me.
Yes I will have to pay for collection which I am happy to do as I should of read the description fully.
I'm very happy with my experience with this company and have passed their details to friends.

OMG!!! What have I done! Just received this so called Orthopaedic mattress and it’s so cheap and no way anywhere near what it said in the ad on Wowcher!! So dissatisfied and disappointed Wowcher obviously don’t research the products they put on their website! Iv been miss led and miss sold!

Absolutely awful service. Bought wowcher waited month for order which has never arrived. Keep blaming courier yet won't send with different courier.

Terrible company. Steer clear. I bought a king size mattress 18 months ago and the mattress now has a hump right down the middle because the memory foam has sunk permanently where we lie. Apparently memory foam is meant to mould to you - yes but only when you’re lying on it! They weren’t interested. Don’t waste your money - use a reputable company.

Do not buy from them, they send faulty mattresses and make you pay to return it.

Ordered a matress with this company a memory foam & was sent a cheap spring matress 6 inches short of my bedside.Claimed you get a seamless free 14 day return if your not happy.This company charged me £35 instead of 19 as stated on website & now want me to pay another £25 to return it.I have reported them to PayPal for a refund as they are refusing to pick up the item stating now there has to be a reason aa in a flaw to send a £50 matress back.They claim it's worth £400 but it's more like 40.I am going to contact trading standards to report this company as they have so many complaints and their cus service is atrocious.Do not buy anything off this company as you could buy a cheap matress anywhere of better quality

Ordered a LUXURY extra thick memory foam mattress through wowcher, received a cheap sprung mattress . Can't get anyone to speak to, only email which they ignore...absolute scamming theiving company. Do not use!

I did give the double cool touch memory foam mattress I purchased through wowcher a 5 star but it hasn't lasted not even a month old and the mattress is falling apart from the seems absolutely disgusting don't waste your money

Ordered the orthopaedic double mattress through wowcher price was amazing and the picture looked great. The mattress that turned up was anything but it’s cheap quality material that bobbled straight away, the springs can be seen through the material and you sink in as soon as you lie on it. It is NO WAY AS WHAT IT IS ADVERTISED AS! I really wish I read the reviews before purchasing, now going through the hassle of returning at my own expense. How wowcher is still trading with them I have no idea. Seriously avoid at all costs!!
