Absolutely abysmal service!
I purchased a mattress on wowcher from this company who were advertising a 10 inch thick sprung memory foam topped mattress with grey contrast edges..advertised as £400 reduced to £79!! I paid £20 for p&p ontop of that being made to believe the picture is what I'd get.. and what I received 3 weeks later was the complete opposite.. faulty, damaged, rolled so tightly with a sticker on the side saying they had to resource fabrics from elsewhere and had to roll it for the courier!! None of this information was given at time of purchase or before delivery to give me the option to cancel as I would have done! I have quoted the consumer rights 2015 act and been emailing back and forth. It gets worse... then being asked continuously to re- roll the mattress back myself and secure with plastic sheet..I CANNOT as I have told them more than once I have a herniated lower lumbar disc.. completely disregarded and wants me to ask someone to help during this pandemic?? Like who?? I went ahead and tried any way to see if I could roll it and in the process I've damaged my wrist!! And proven it definitely cannot be rolled!! I'm now on anti inflammatories for my wrist and having to wear a tubi grip. I cannot go to my dr during the epidemic and terrified to go to hospital !! You have put me in a terrible situation and you need to get this sorted ASAP. refund me as requested, wowcher have also been informed and next will be my solicitor. I will not drop this. I'm disgusted.

Ordered a mattress through wowcher, emailed them to get a update on the order received a very quick prompt reply answering the exact question I had even though we are in lockdown. Can not fault customer service still awaiting my product but understood delays due to covid
