Great mattress and excellent customer service!

By far the most comfortable mattress I’ve slept on and the customer service was great too which is a bonus!

I ordered 2 single mattresses and advised that their Courier would not deliver to our postcode. They do not deliver to Isle of Man, Highlands of Scotland etc. Fair enough but we are about 40 miles from Edinburgh in the Central belt of Scotland! So far I am still awaiting a refund.
I would not recommend this company.

Bought two mattresses, one for my elderly parents and one for my brother and sister in law as gifts. They cannot stop thanking me! By far the best mattresses they have ever slept on. Really comfortable and gives an amazing sleep! Especially for those who suffer back problems. My sister in law was expecting at the time too and it helped her a lot during her last months of pregnancy. Thanks again team! Definitely best in the business!

Paid for a mattress on the 2nd of February, was told 7 to 10 working days, then received an email saying its going to be 2 to 3 weeks and if I couldn't wait I can request my money back which I did.. 23rd of march and still waiting...

Ordered a custom made mattress. The service was great and a gentleman called Faisal listened rather well to me, answered all me questions and got me exactly what I wanted!

Great Mattresses! I ordered 3 for myself and family and everyone is happy with what they got. Excellent product, Great Service and Delivery on time. The only problem i have is getting out of bed now. Highly recommended.

Purchased a few of mattress and beds for my new home. The service from the staff was amazing, and the quality of the bed frames and mattress is exceptional. A very easy review for once! These days it is so hard to come by such honest, friendly businesses that are great at what they do.

I would definitely recommend using Mattress Haven - I had initially heard about this company through a few friends who spoke very highly of them and now I can't thank them enough!

Amazing customer service from start to finish, all queries taken care of with a very quick dispatch and delivery time and most importantly great quality mattresses

All in all a very straight forward, smooth and customer friendly experience with great value for money.

The Mrs is actually impressed that I got this right on the first go (and at a great price too) as she and her family have had a few bad experiences with mattresses from other suppliers in the past.
