Absolute rubbish mattress!!! Not the one i ordered. Company doesn’t respond without extra pressure from Wowcher who are also disgusting to have a company giving out wrong mattresses!! I am extremely angry at the extent im having to go to just for my refund! Never buy a mattress from this company their robbing people. They know their not a legit company as their is no number or address for the company. They state you get a discount but ita alie the mattresses are now selling for same price as wowcher on mattress haven website!!!! Absolutely disgusting that their doing this in a pandemic when people are losing their jobs and may not have access to finances. Disgraceful behaviour

Again I did not read reviews but they sold 1,000,s so I thought great value.
I feel I was robbed.
Can anyone tell me how do I contact them to get a refund.
They should be ashamed and I will never buy from Living social again

BUYER BEWARE

Bought a mattress from this company via a wowcher voucher. The mattress arrived and was nothing like the picture advertised and is awful quality. It is thin, noisy, painful and doesn't hold it's shape at all. Trying to get my money back right now and will take this to trading standards if I have to. Avoid.

I bought a Cool Touch orthopaedic mattress through Wowcher (so I thought) last year and only received it a month ago (January) as it was sent to the wrong address. After two nights I realised that I'd been sold one of the most uncomfortable beds I've ever slept on.
I'm a dance teacher and cannot teach most days because my lower back is in so much pain. I have to take a pain killer every other day as this mattress is extremely bad.
I contacted them and was sent some memory foam, which was OK on the first night, but by the next night, it was awful. I have never dreaded going to sleep at night as I do now. I'm now going to have to try and get a quick sell and sleep on an airbed in then meantime.
DO NOT BUY FROM MATTRESS HAVEN!

Do not ship to Northern Ireland apparently.

I purchased a matress from them through wowcher only to be contacted a few days later saying they don't ship to Northern Ireland...in the UK. Although from reading the reviews on here I think I dodged a bullet.

As the old saying goes if it looks too good to be true it probably is.

Absolutely rubbish. Ordered off of wowcher and instead of the Orthopeadic memory foam mattress advertised I got a mattress that is wonky, soft, creaky and uneven. It's not even a dull king size as advertised as it doesn't fit my King divan base. Do not buy from this company. Have placed a complaint with wowcher and trading standards.

Avoid buying from these imbecile. Should have read the reviews before buying. Nothing like the pictures they post of the mattresses. Very cheap quality and can feel the springs poking through the memory foam. When complained they offered a mattress topper. Guess what I received instead. Two separate piece of exposed smelly yellow foam. How is that mattress topper!!. When I complained and wanted to return the mattress they said it will cost me £20 for them to collect it. So avoid at all cost

If I could give a zero rating then I would because it’s what this company deserves.

In my experience, Mattress Haven advertises mattresses that differ to what they send out. I purchased a medium to firm orthopaedic mattress on Living Social but what they sent was anything but. The quality was abysmal and looked nothing like what was advertised.

Instead of a full refund they offered me 15% compensation or a mattress topper. I took advice from Citizens Advice and they reported Mattress Haven (Dreamtouch Mattresses Limited) to Trading Standards.

I then got offered a full refund and a free collection of the original mattress. I accepted and my money was refunded today. Shame it took involving third parties to get the full refund.

I wish I’d checked the reviews on here before I purchased from Mattress Haven (they may trade under different names).

Hopefully my review will prevent one more person being duped by them.

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing a mattress via wowcher with them. What a disaster - they advertise a high quality mattress which has been given a massive reduction only to be sent a cheap mattress that is not fit for purpose. I have messaged them several times for them to collect. It has been the third time they say they will collect and you must wait in all day then no one comes. Do they think people are stupid.

Clearly they have no intention of collecting and refunding

Joke of a company. Order mattress from livingsocial as I thought they were trustworthy. Cancelled my order after thankfully seeing others reviews here... and a month later still waiting on refund. STAY AWAY. To make it worse, they actually lied to me and are now ignoring correspondence from both livingsocial and me

I purchased a mattress from this rip off company through Wowcher. Having opened it on Monday (it was vacuum packed) I let it settle as advised. They advertise this as being a comfortable and supportive Memory Sprung mattress, when in fact it is a cheap open coil mattress. You can feel the coils when you sit and lie down on it, and I now have a bad back as a result! Total con! DO NOT buy from them! Contacting Trading Standards and I have opened a PayPal dispute to get a full refund as they have provided me with a mattress not fit for purpose and not as advertised
