PUSHY AND CARS NOT READY
We found a car on Autotrader last year and went to view the car with the possibility of part exing our vehicle. The car was in pretty good condition considering its age apart from one of the doors had considerable damage to the paintwork. Obviously we mentioned it and they said if we put a deposit down, they would get it sorted. The NEXT DAY we got a phone call to say it was sorted and could we collect straight away as the vehicle was taking up space. I said that if it had been ready when we came to look at it, we would have taken it to which he replied we only sort vehicles out when somebody buys it. I said they would have to wait until the weekend as we both work and would have to travel 20 miles to get it so couldn't get there before it closed. He rang again asking if we could come and get it so in the end my husband (after an over night coronation rehearsal) went to pick it up. The repair work was ok, still visible but for 4K I suppose beggars can't be choosers. The reason I am writing this review months later is that we have taken the car to be looked at by a local vehicle paintwork guy and he said it is the worst botch job he has seen.
Also don't expect the cars to be serviced either.
In hindsight we should have refused but we were worried we wouldn't receive the deposit back.
Would not recommend!
liars..
liars... liars... selling junk cars... PEOPLE DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES... AND WARN OTHERS THAT THEY ARE LIARS AND THIEVES!!!
STAY CLEAR
STAY CLEAR! This is a very dodgy company and the salesmen are far too pushy for my liking! The car advertised online turned out to be false advertisement as when we went to view the car, it had lots of faults such as scratched paint work, rusty discs on wheels and had looked as if the car had been involved in some sort of collision which had clearly been covered up! All of which were not advertised on the picture of Auto Trader website. I felt the salesmen were very unprofessional and were overly pushy about us purchasing the car and said that if we didn’t buy it then we had lost them money because they had someone view the car earlier that day who was interested and could of let it go to them! Unbelievable! They shouldn’t be worried of the car selling if it was that good of a car! Disgusting that they would try and make their customers feel guilty for not purchasing the car! Very bad sign! Furthermore, we had to demand several times to get our “refundable” deposit from them which took some doing! Even after telling them we were not interested countless times, they still continued to keep us for a whole two hours trying to persuade us to buy the car. Also found out later that this company leave their own reviews online! I had a very bad feeling as soon as I arrived here and trusted my gut instinct and so glad I did! I advise anyone to stay clear of these con artists!

Fraudelent
Fraudelent. Rip off teenagers who have saved for first car. False promises and lies right from the start. Do not honour their word and pay for MOT which they should have done before selling the car. Charge you £100 to deliver car then have the cheek to get you to drive them to train station after! Complete sham of a company leaving customers out of pocket and garages still awaiting payment for MOT test and work.
