So far, everything about these robots has been pretty awesome! My 10 year old is now convinced that writing robot code is better than video games. Because, he says, it's like a puzzle game (and... See more

The customer service people were very helpful, replied to my request and were able to track down the last remaining stock of replacement part for gears.

Delivery was prompt. You’ve made “toy” that makes kids want to be creative and curious. That’s a +.
However just a few days later apparently it quit working. Someone else figured out it needed a software update. ???? Why would you not inform the user about these updates? The device showed no clue what was wrong. Maybe a blinking yellow light? With a guide sheet would be useful. We thought it was broken.

Right away the orange color of the bot is great. We introduced the Edison with remote control. Super fun and everyone was engaged. Easy transition to block coding. After they finished the lesson, they asked to play with the tv remote control. Great package.

These robots were more than I had expected! My robotics students loved learning how to code and use the robots, but they especially loved being able to use technic bricks to modify them to do more! I was surprised to learn that they are easily used with IPads too!

I would describe my experience as "What isn't great?".

Very pleased with how useful and adaptable these Edisson robots are for our group of kids. We had one bad robot which was replaced for us. Customer service is good.

It was fine. Product has limited engagement value for children. I wouldn’t buy it again.

Customer service and technical support has been very responsive and quick with a resolve.

Great experience, had issue with shipping but MeetEdison team promptly solved it. I bought a 10 pack and gave all of them as Christams gifts to kids.

The chrome books were not able to connect with the Edison via the cables that you advised me to purchase

We are happy to have Microbic products, they are good to explain, explore and share Robotics knowledge to young kids. We have recently bought 1 Edison robot, Ed Sketch and Ed create kit for our online students workshop and classes. Now we are excited to try v3 Edison robot. Soon we will plan to buy more.

I love getting to program Edison easily to do fun things such as play a tune for my workshops!

My favorite part about my Edison robots (outside of how great they actually are) is how easy they were to order, and how fast they arrived. The robots themselves came with everything they need except the batteries, which are easily purchase EVERYWHERE.

I love the way that this purchase was followed up with really well created resources.
It was very easy to get up and running with this resource.

There are some good resources available, but more for High School students would be very very welcome.
