Took too long to receive. My March 3 order was delivered in 15 days. This recent order took 7 weeks.
COVID was an excuse in spring 2020. If you're still using it, it just shows you don't have your ducks in a row.

Great Curriculum, Mediocre Format for Curriculum, Poor Battery Life and Customer Service
The curriculum is AWESOME but it would be better if there was a shorter version that was only the sections for the kids' answers. I can't print 20+ pages for each section for every kid so I've had to create a lot of documents.
Also, the batteries die FAST. They are just AAA but 4x15 robots for a class set that don't last more than 4-6 weeks of use in a single class (so 45 minutes a day) gets pricey and seems wasteful. I reached out to the company to enquire about this issue and never received a reply so my customer service experience was poor.
Overall the kids enjoy the lessons and the robots but there are some significant areas for improvement that I would have to pass on to others if asked about how I like them.

Great logistics!
I think the website works well and it was easy to find the best bundle for us. Logistics, tracking and updates was great! I miss getting an official invoice/receipt and contacting Edison is very complicated.

I think edison robots are great
I think edison robots are great. My students really love them. I love that there are different levels of learning with them. I would prefer a rechargeable version. I go through a lot of batteries using them with several classes a few times a day :)

I am sorry to hear that you haven't received your Edison. Thank you for bringing this up to us, we have no control over our delivery partners, but, I've had a look in our system and your order, placed on November 23rd was shipped on November 25th from our warehouse.
According to the Hong Kong Post tracking number, your shipment's last update states that the goods were "released from Customs / Despatched from processing centre."
