We always strive to get contracts issued ASAP once a car is ordered, however looking at your file there were delays from the finance team due to a back log/overflow from March registrations. Great support despite failings from Mercedes themselves
The service from Mercedes themselves was appalling - confrontational over the agreement and then getting the specification wrong, having to reorder the car with a 3 month delay and charging me for a driving penalty incurred on the returned car, but MOL supported me throughout and looked after my best interests.
