MERCEDES BENZ LEEDS
This review is about MERCEDES LEEDS and NOT Mercedes on lease, Mercedes on lease have been very good. Got a yellow night edition A45 after about 10 months steering wheel started peeling took it into Leeds Mercedes who said its wear and tear and would not fix the problem. So on a 50k car you may have to replace the wheel fabric or whole wheel every 12 months or so. I can go to Vauxhall and not need to replace steering wheels this soon I wouldn't mind it was a 10k car or had covered 30k miles but its not. Please how can the leather be peeling of a steering wheel on a 50k car after 10 months and Mercedes dont want to replace it, so I have a brand new looking car but when you get inside people say what happened to ya wheel

Hi Alan, and thank you for your comments. We are glad you were happy with the service we provided.
With regards to the delivery mileage forming part of your contracted mileage allowance this is because it is the most cost effective way for you to take delivery of your vehicle. The reason being that a transported delivery would have incurred a cost to you of circa £750. By including the delivery mileage in to your contract mileage this only incurs a small cost to you of circa £22 in excess mileage charges, should you need to do the extra 200 miles in your contract. this being a far more cost effective method of delivery for you.
We hope this explains the reasoning behind delivery mileage, however should you wish to discuss it further please do not hesitate to get in contact with us.
