Thierry londa and Graham Richmond was so professional and they did a good job in my house I was so happy and they left the house spotless I will definitely recommend them for the most at Midlands heart

I phoned twice to get my wife put on the tenancy. The first was a man that didn't have a clue and said he would get back to me. he never did .
So i phone again and get a woman, this time she at least seemed to be clued up, but then again never got back to me. I did as asked and sent all the relevant docs that she asked for, then all quiet again.
I am still waiting.
I dont remember the date, but it was at least a month a go

The gentleman i spoke to was very helpful. He responded to my issue vey quickly

Rent with anyone BUT MIDLAND HEART 3 whole years of druggie neighbours documented, as they ask, both diary & noise app, made all sorts of promises via meetings with Police, yet as soon as they finish meetings they DO NOTHING.

Also seems they rotate ASB officers conviently when the tough gets going so you will have 3 or 4 different ASB officers during your noise complaint time !! Leaving a vulnerable disabled female tenant to try & live with no sleep, people trying door handle at 3/4am wanting drugs, tapping on window when in bed middle of night, wanting drugs from neighbours, so frightening. Machete fights in & outside their flat. Claimed after 3 years couldn't hear anything on recordings, conviently with the app, you can't hear your recording back ! You are a shambles of a Landlord. If you have to deal with REBECCA forget it, she won't email, call, text, oh sorry does text, saying STANDARD we have an open anti-social case with you blah blah blah, apart from that NOTHING let's hope REBECCA you are never in the same position.

We had a plumber come out today to look at an ongoing problem with a leak from our bathroom.
The plumber's name was Daniel Cartwright. He was polite, friendly and most importantly, he resolved the issue. Daniel took time to explain what the problem was and how he had fixed it.
He is a credit to Midland Heart.

Surveyor named Ashish from specialist repair visited today. He carried out a thorough survey of the property and invested over 90 mins to assess the defects. He has done an amazing job - professional. Thank you for finding so many defects that need rectified. He explained cold spots and importance of improved ventilation.

I wanted to say that Ann Watson has been like a guardian angel. She sorted all the care needs out for me and got the repairs and upgrades done so I could come home from hospital. Without her help I don’t know what I would have done. She is a credit to Midland Heart. Thank you.

Jag Clare and Steve Singh they done excellent work and was there on property on time just got issue with mould and fixed happy with the service

Georgina was so supportive towards me during a difficult time. She listened, understood and was incredibly kind. I am so grateful that she genuinely cared about my well-being and did her absolute best to reslove the issue. She is a true professional and exceptional at her job.

Graham Sheffield and Lewis Bain did an excellent job painting my living room and kitchen. The lads are friendly, polite & professional - real assets to the team at Midland Heart.

I had Martin white come to my home he did the most amazing job on the damp in my home. He was very friendly and very professional. Im over the moon .

Thierry and Graham recently came to our home to repair leaks, carry out painting work, and fix our double glazing windows. We were extremely pleased with the service they provided from start to finish. Both engineers were professional, friendly, and very hardworking throughout the job.
The work was completed to a very high standard, and everything was done efficiently and with great care. They kept everything tidy, explained what they were doing clearly, and made sure we were happy with the results before leaving. It’s not often you come across such reliable and skilled engineers, and Thierry and Graham are a real credit to their company. I couldn’t thank them enough for the work they carried out at the property going above and beyond for us without compromising on the quality of the work.

Jag Clare came to my property today. He had excellent customer service/communication skills. He kept me updated with timings for arrival and done an amazing job whilst at the property!

Disgusting how they treat their vulnerable tenants. No care whatsoever, made a complaint to them about another neighbour tormenting me and it's makeing me very ill and because I have " no proof" even though pictures were sent and they have had other complaints, nothing was done.
