Incredible service!!

Incredible service, the agent helped me address my problem quickly, efficiently, and I was extremely satisfied with the result. I am a happy customer and will DEFINITELY be shopping again in the future as a result!!

I had ordered items

I had ordered items, and had 2 missing items. The lovely assistant Pamela has supported me and had effective communication and was really kind and helped me resolve the issue.

Pamela is amazing, thank you to her!!

I had an issue with some order returns and Pamela got them sorted right away. She was kind, helpful, efficient and friendly, and I am very happy with the service she provided. If only more customer service people were like her! An absolute credit to the customer service team, she’s left me feeling incredibly well looked after and positive about the company. Thank you Pamela!
