Incredible service!!

I had an issue with some order returns and Pamela got them sorted right away. She was kind, helpful, efficient and friendly, and I am very happy with the service she provided. If only more customer service people were like her! An absolute credit to the customer service team, she’s left me feeling incredibly well looked after and positive about the company.
