I had not received an order number or…

I had not received an order number or receipt for my recent purchase. I used the chat message box and instantly Trinita was online offering assistance. She was able to confirm my order and tracking number and I was most pleased with her efficiency. Turns out, I incorrectly recorded my email during my order - that explains why I did not get an order number or receipt number. Very glad customer service was helpful and great with me. Now to await my order...

Thank you, Nokwanda!

Missguided is my go to website for stylish and affordable clothing, shoes, and accessories. My last order was lost in transit; however, Nokwanda was a great help. This is the only time I've had this issue, but it was expected since the holidays are approaching. Nokwanda communicated effectively and quickly & was able to issue a replacement order.

Quick response on faulty item

Received an item that had a cami missing, jumped on the live chat and Noxolo had it sorted immediately. So whilst the order was faulty, the response was great and efficient.

My package has been delayed by over 2…

My package has been delayed by over 2 weeks from the original ETA; however Customer Service was super helpful and responsive. They went to check the status of my order immediately and refunded the shipping fee. Great service!

I’m giving Missguided 1/5 stars. However, Nokwanda was a 5/5 help. She was polite and got information straight to me. In general, it’s not worth paying extra for expedited shipping because it’s either your package will come late anyway or get lost in transit. Never again.

Package in transit

I messaged the live chat and I was on a line with Nokwanda and she made sure I’ll get my package delivered. Since my order got lost in transit, she offered to create a new order with faster delivery on their behalf!
She was very helpful and kind

Missing item

My package arrived without a pair of the jeans. I used the chat feature and Nokwanda was able to quickly help me. They ordered a replacement pair and did expedited shipping! So happy with the quick and helpful fix.

Nokwanda from Missguided chat asked all of the right questions and was able to locate an accidental double order and issue a credit for one.

She researched and found the correct order number and showed me how to locate the order online as I was not emailed an order confirmation.

Nokwanda from Missguided chat asked all of the right questions and then located all of the items that I thought were lost!

She explained to me that my order was broken down into 10 parcels due to the customs weighing requirements- which is actually understandable.

delivery = 0 customer service = 5

delivery is a mess, not worth paying extra for. HOWEVER, the customer service is amazing. i spoke to Nokwanda and she was so polite and well spoken! she helped me track my parcel, apologized for the delay, and issued a refund as well.
