I had an issue with shipping with my order and it did not arrive on time. However, Sithabile was so kind in helping me to change my shipping to try and receive it on time. I appreciate great customer service!

I recently ordered from Missguided for the first time and sadly had two items missing from my order. I went on their chat through their website and got assistance right away from Sithabile! They resolved my issue quickly and were able to replace my items free of charge with next day shipping. Thank you so much! I also absolutely love the bathing suits I ordered!

Great customer service! I had placed 2 orders back to back because I forgot to add something to the first order I placed, so I obviously had to pay shipping twice. I contacted the chat to see if there was a way to combine the orders or just refund me the shipping cost. They responded right away and although they were unfortunately unable to combine the orders, they still refunded the shipping cost anyway, which is what I was more worried about. Thank you for helping and for doing it in a quick and easy manner.
