Very helpful staff and delivery was on time. And well packaged. Really pleased with the all terrain wheelchair I purchased for my son. It is good quality and sturdy and folds down easily to fit in the boot of my car. I ordered the narrow size which is perfect for him and the design is cool too.

I have purchased two now and both times…
I have purchased two now and both times the same thing has happened.
The nut loosens on the front seat attachment to the buggy bar.
It makes it unsafe and my 4 year old couldn't use it.
Tried to contact customer service and didnt recieve a reply.
I was desperate... so I bought a second buggy exactky the same and the same thing has happened again!
The nut has come off!
Again not contact from customer service and all I want to do is buy a new nut for the screw to reattach it. Can't find the nut anymore in hardware stores!
Please can customer service contact me!
I have a severely disabled little boy who's struggling and I really can't afford a new one.

If I could give 0 stars I definitely would. First off their customer service is absolutely shocking, 2nd of all I got in touch with their sales team via email to state some concerns I have over my daughters pushchair that I ordered 4 months ago as its already broken. I've asked them for a refund because this pushchair is also not crash tested. Which is putting childrens lives at risk. It doesn't state anywhere on the website that the stroller isn't crash tested which I understand this isn't lawful. However, it should clearly state this on the website. In my personal opinion. Avoid at all costs, we're taking this further as well.

Terrible customer service with a attitude don't declare that the pushchair isn't crash tested and had the decency to call me stupid for not checking. Nice to see a company is taking advantage of the vulnerable and putting 300 pound before a child's life. I'd avoid this place like you'd avoid the bubonic plague
