Very long house buying experience (9 months+) but Tim and the team were very helpful, despite being the EA for our sellers. They intervened when we reached out for help and kept checking in throughout the process. They seem open and honest and I'd use them if I ever came to sell (hopefully not for a while yet!!)

After a very slow couple of months with another agent, we decided to switch agents to Mockford and Hunt and so happy that we did with a sale within a couple of weeks. Tim, Frances and Charlotte have all been amazing throughout with the constant communication via a personal group chat for our sale and help guiding us through a tricky chain. Excellent service from start to finish beginning with my first call and speaking to Tim Mockford. Extremely pleasant and helpful. The team add you on Whatsapp and keep you updated throughout the often stressful process of buying a home. Frances has been fantastic, working very hard behind the scenes to get results, even on her day off. I can't recommend them enough!

Tim showed us a couple of houses locally, & he offered us some good suggestions on areas to look at as we don't know the town very well. He also took the time to find out what was important to us in our proposed house search, and made some good suggestions on the viewings. After offering on a house with another agent, I contacted Tim for his thoughts on whether I needed a survey as I haven't moved for 30+ yrs, & he has gone the extra mile to help out. He took the time to check out the house online, & gave his opinion about the condition, but didn't try to influence us. He has also given us good info about using a local surveyor for a homebuyers report, if we do decide to have one, and all this despite us not buying a house through him. He is genuinely interested in helping buyers find the right house, and makes the experience more personal than other agencies. I would definitely recommend his agency to anyone thinking of buying or selling their home.

Thank you to Tim, Frances and Charlotte for all their help in selling my house. Communication was great and Tim was honest with me at every step of the way. Tim and Charlotte were exceptional.
We switched from our first estate agent as we felt they were not supporting us in selling our home in the way we wanted.

Tim was a breath of fresh air in comparison. He was incredibly friendly and knowledgable from the get go, addressed all our concerns and spoke to us on a real level. He doesn’t do try to do the sales talk to you like others do, instead he’s honest and trustworthy and you sense he won’t steer you wrong.

He got the job done and sold our house in a matter of a couple of weeks. We couldn’t be happier with his support and we wouldn’t be in our new home today without him. Mockford and Hunt were superb. Thank you for everything.

I live in London and just bought a house in Ashford through Mockford and Hunt. I can truly say that I have had the most positive experience with them. Dear Mockford and Hunt,
Thanks again for all your hard work in moving forward so quickly, the purchase of our new home.
Without your efforts, we would have remained in the temporary rented accommodation longer than the budget would allow. Five weeks !! Amazing! The money saved went towards redecorating the new property throughout, next will be two log burners to future proof the rising cost of gas! Then a workshop and store in the garden. Myself and Harvey are enjoying living in the village, his three minute walk to school is a massive bonus for him and no more school runs for me!
You will have to drop by for a cuppa.
