On Saturday my partner and I viewed 8 properties through multiple agents and without a doubt Tim stood out massively in comparison to the other agents we had met with. He really listened to us and on the spot thought about another property we could consider. Not only did he mention other options, he found the time in his already busy day to show us the other property that same day! By far the most efficient and proactive agent we have dealt! We are first time buyers but if we had something to sell we know exactly who we would go with to get the job done!

Wow! Sometimes the smaller businesses exceed the big companies by many milestones. Mockford & Hunt are exceptional estate agents! I was blown away by their round the clock service, their meticulous attention and their outstanding customer service. There was never anything too small or too big to ask of them and they were always ready to help at all times. The sale process for the flat I bought through them took a lot longer than usual but they stood by both myself and the seller and together we forged through the obstacles to arrive at a successful and amicable sale for all parties involved. Never underestimate the smaller guys. You will often be amazed by the quality of service you receive because they operate on a human level! With them, computer never says no! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

The whole team were amazing. Tim, Charlotte and Frances were all so supportive and helpful throughout our experience. Our case was very prolonged however the team were very vigilant and helpful with everything that we needed to know.

I cannot thank Tim and the team enough for everything they have done for us through our house sale. Mockford and Hunt were absolutely incredible with our house move. I can’t praise them highly enough. The sale of our house was not straight forward at all, was extremely stressful most of the time and Tim was fantastic with his communication and made us feel so comfortable. I could update him at 10pm, and he would reply with updates at all hours when I never expected such high standards. If your looking for the best possible experience friendly but professional look no further than mockford and hunt.After having a really horrible dissatisfied time with wards whom I thought were a very reputable company but in reality were absolutely useless not bothering to give me any feedback after the 2 viewings I had in 5 months having trapped me into a 20 week contract and by the way wrote the contract in such a way that I missed the part about them getting their full percentage regardless of what the eventuall selling price was,So thank goodness I had the good sense to sign with mockford and hunt as Tim especially for me made the selling of my home painless and fun but the whole team are great always there for you whenever you need them no problem is to much.

Superb service from start to finish.
I am relatively new to house buying and selling, as this was my second home purchase. Unfortunately we had a very complicated and difficult chain, however, these estate agents helped us through all the drama to make it as smooth as possible. Small details such as a WhatsApp group that is viewable at most hours of the day by the team for any queries means that these guys are worth the money... I feel that with a "normal" estate agents, the communication would simply be nonexistent. This was apparent from my observation of the other estate agents involved in the chain. I cannot reccommend Tim, Charlotte and Francis enough!

Mockford and Hunt guided our elderly parents successfully through a sale, purchase and move. A difficult prospect when you’re in your 90’s. As a family, we are truly grateful to Tim and his staff for their professionalism, honesty and attention to every detail. If we were to move in the future we would not hesitate to use their services again. Our parents are extremely happy and well settled in their new property.

Where to start,we were lucky enough to find Tim after having our home valued by another agent and booking a viewing with Mockford. From the first conversation we felt completely at ease, Tim took the time to really get to know us and what we wanted to achieve.
