Parts missing from package. I cannot use the mower until customer services have responded to my email and sent out the missing parts for the grass box.

Purchase was easy. Aftercare was poor. Called up to speak
Re a tech issue. Woman couldn’t have been less bothered. Stil. Don’t know how to lower and higher my machine. However could have got another member of staff who would have been better.

Received a damaged mower and still waiting for it to be collected and replaced after 2 weeks. Absolutely terrible service has caused me so much inconvenience. Extremely disappointed.

Awful. Placed order 10th May. Promised 7 working day delivery. Email confirmation. Still no sign of lawnmower. Ignored my email. Comms directed to ATCO . Courier DHL ignored email after failing to deliver. Support line for Mountfield permanently busy. Have raised it with credit card company to sort refund.

Ordering was fast and efficient. Delivered as planned. Great product for a good price!

Arrived in good time and ready to go. The representiative who delivered the tool took me through the mower functions was a decent person and knew his mowers. The mower itself is splendid and does it's job marvellously. Only negative would be the lowest setting is really low, unless you've pancake flat ground it's going to scuff.

I bought the Mountfield sp164 self propelled lowmoor, the order was easy to buy directly from Mountfield, unfortunately on arrival one of the wheels was broken, customer service order me a new one unfortunately after 2 weeks waiting never come , i rang the customer service there was a backorder waiting, so I was sent a new lowmoor, the lowmoor was delivered quickly, work brilliant and started quickly, the only problem is when in more then one occasion ad to phone customer service ad a long waiting before my call was answered, they need more staff

Mower is fine, delivery excellent but came with manual for different mower. Same when I looked on their website. Why don’t companies make a simple YouTube video instead of the unhelpful wordless diagrams.

Easily mows my medium sized lawns on 1 battery charge. No printed instructions so had to download them and had to constantly scroll between the diagrams and text.

Excellent lawnmower. Good value. Good delivery. Very pleased.

Lawnmower is the best

Lawnmower was scratched and bent bit on metal making it difficult to raise height.
Tried unsuccessfully to get in touch with company but no response.

I purchased a Mountfield MP2 554 SV Mower on 5th March 2026 and after only being used twice the drive belt that powers the rear wheels has come off and although I have contacted Mountfield and Just Lawnmowers who I purchased it from neither of them have been any help so now I am left with trying to find a local dealer who can fix it for me I have had a look but cannot see how to refix it, so no doubt I will have to pay for this after already paying £656.99 for the Lawnmower.

The product is great and the local company that delivered was great too. But the mower was advertised that it came with the toe hitch and it did not. I have since contacted mountfield but they have not responded

A very good service from point of ordering to point of delivery. Cuts the grass very well, starts easily and the roller leaves a nice stripe. The propulsion is just the right speed for me. And the lever that adjusts the height is very convenient that you don’t have to adjust each individual wheel.
My only grumble, hence not a 5 star review is having excitedly constructed the mower from the box I was very much looking forward to testing it out, only to find I couldn’t because the mower didn’t come with engine oil, which is obviously a critical element to use the mower. I accept that the mower can’t be transported with oil in it but I can see no reason why the manufacturer can not supply a bottle of oil which has the correct amount in it for the relevant mower, and because it requires a very specific viscosity and made great reference in the instructions not use any other types of oil, I had to make a 24 mile round trip to a garden machinery store to purchase some before I could use the mower.
