Great service

My second time using this company and the customer service is excellent. Very friendly staff (especially Patrick), quick and efficient service from getting a quote to completion of the move. Mine was an international move so I expected it to be very stressful but Move 24 made it all incredibly easy. Highly recommended.

Easy, quick and kind

I booked Move24 to move from Sweden to London and they were great. I spoke and emailed with a representative who was informative and very helpful. They collected our things when they said they would and everything was delivered in less than a week in perfect condition. I would highly recommend them and I would use them again if I move again.

Amazing service

I moved from the UK to Ireland and Move24 came up the cheapest moving van by far. They were so easy to book and nothing was to be paid until the move was complete. I chose a flexible move day within a chosen week and I was advised that I would be told that date a week before the move. Despite chasing them almost every day they did not tell me the date until the last minute. That was the only issue I had though. The moving team were amazing. Very quick and helpful. I couldn't recomend these guys enough. Maybe just choose a set move date instead of the flexible choice.

A bargain move with great service

From my original quote through to moving day, everything happened as I was told it would and it cost the same amount I was quoted from the beginning. There were no hidden extra costs at any point, or annoying harassing emails and calls! The two man team that moved me were prompt (actually a little early) friendly, helpful and worked quickly. They had moved my entire house within 3 hours and were gone again. I was worried at first as the quote was over a third cheaper than all the others I had been given (of about 12!) however the service was great and I would certainly use Move24 if I can ever face moving again!

Easy, smooth cheapest move

I searched around so many different companies & websites for an affordable quote for my big move, this company move24 gave me thr cheapest yet the friendliest customer service by far. All my questions were answered quick & it all went so smooth on the day. I am so impressed with everything from the start to finish . I have moved a few times & it has been stressful, this has been my best move & I still talk about it to all my friends.

Swift and sound service

Excellent sales team, they'll talk you through the packages available. Customer service sound also.
Moving team were pleasant and swift with the move. A little too quick on occasion with minor bumps/damage too some items.
Overall considering the distance we travelled a few bumps can be forgiven, would certainly use again during this stressful time.

I really enjoy the service provided by M …

I really enjoy the service provided by Move 24. They reponded my request very fast, which allowed me to settle my move within a week. The transport service is smooth. They notified me one day in advance for the arrival time. On the day my belongings arrived, they even waited for me when I was not able to be back immediately.

I truely appreciate their service.

Great service

Moving house made easy. From the first call right through to unloading the van, this was a very easy move! The guys who helped us on actual moving day were the most helpful we could have asked for - even performing some 'acrobatics' to ensure our sofa made it to the first floor via a balcony!

Would 100% recommend!

Broke all the most expensive possessions, on the ball for the deal, nowhere to be seen for the insurance claim

I have used Move24 to move goods from Dublin to the Netherlands. Sales process was okay, fair price and emphasized that insurance was included.

Pick up was ok, did not come through to bring packaging material for my speakers but luckily I packed it myself.

However the delivery was horrible, everything in value literally broken/damaged, a $3K designer chair which I packed from top to bottom, broken, leather scratched beyond repair. A 40 year old record player with sentimental value broken. Our bed, the leather scratched/ torn at several places. And last but not least, my bike has bent wheels now.

Insurance process was kicked off immediately which was good. However that was three weeks ago now and no update, no response nor a phone number to reach them on has been provided.

Almost start to think I am scammed.

Worst choice I have ever made

They seemed very eger and customer friendly until the move was booked. After that point it went straight down hill.
They disregareded the requested services and claims to have no knowledge about them.
My move was only 350 km but it took their partner more than 24 hours to reach the delivery adress and I have never seen moovers so porly equiped for the task of carrying boxes up 3 flights of stairs. Added items to the move after the original order was placed but Move24 failed to add it on the list to the movers. Got it delivered 2 weeks after the other items, stained, and after 25 hours in transport.
They are not customer friendly, poor and irrelevant answers in emails, claiming delays due to poor weather (+ celcius and clear skies) and demands reciepts in order to handle complaints. Make sure you have all reciepts in order, even on the furniture your grandma left you, if you are going to hire this company. Also, you must file complaints within 2 days of the delivery and pay the invoice before your complaints has been settled. Do not expect any refunds or deductions, a mark up of 600% on packing material is fair, according to Move24.
They have caused me so much grief that I am considering hiering legal advisor.
Please, save your self from grief and hire another mover.

Move24 both overcharged, and billed prematurely. Delivery was a week late, they repeatedly cancelled or rescheduled at last minute. Below are the low-lights of my experience:

In October 2016 I engaged move24 to handle my move from Cambridge to Riga. The agreed upon fee was £475 My credit card was billed twice the amount agreed upon, according to correspondence due to the need for a second pallet. However, when the shipment arrived it all came on a single pallet. 2) The shipment was at least 7 days late: it was due for delivery between 28 October and 1 November. It arrived on 8 November.

Having read negative reviews online, I made sure with Rhys, the Move24 sales representative, that the marginally non-standard dimension of the package 100x102x200cm would be acceptable. He confirmed that no extra charges would be pending, and that the movers would palletize the shipment curbside. In the end the shipment was not palletized as agreed. Had this taken place any disagreement could have been settled on the spot, or I could have withdrawn from the arrangement. Instead the items were loaded in a vehicle and taken off to a depot.  

My attempt to appeal the extra fee was ignored. I was subsequently informed I would be charged double as a second pallet would be required to conform with weight and size restrictions. I immediately notified Move24 that I disputed the charge, but was charged anyway, on November 3, despite the shipment not having arrived (the Move24 terms, state that invoicing will happen only after delivery of goods).

The sales and claims departments have been exceedingly hard to contact, and do as a rule not respond to communication by email or by phone. The logistics of the move have resulted in a large amount of precious time being wasted. Collection and delivery times were repeatedly changed, often last minute. My partner had to cancel appointments in order to comply with the new time. Delivery was belatedly arranged for the large window of 10AM-5PM on Friday 4 November. As a result, I had to take time off work. Finally at 7PM, I had word that delivery would not be possible on Friday, and would be rescheduled for Monday. I explained this would have to be after working hours, and no earlier than 5 PM. On Monday 7 I had numerous missed calls from a Latvian lorry driver who had evidently not been informed of the rearranged delivery time. Finally the delivery was scheduled for the evening of Tuesday 8 November, when I again had to cancel previous engagements.

Customer service were very apologetic and confirmed that procedure had not been followed regarding delivery times, palletization, or invoicing. Nonetheless, after waiting two months, sending repeated requests for information and updates. I have received no response to my claim.

Thieves, con artist, criminals

I did a move with them:
Very good sales person promised the world and to move 4 cu mts for 680 gbp, leave in storage for a week and deliver, charge after.
After they gave me the phone of the subcontract and I had to do all the work, around 50 phone calls later and nearly a month got my stuff. They charged my credit card before the delivery. They misplaced and gave a my very expensive and loved guitar to another customer and they didnt bother to look for it and get it back. 3 months later, they dont even reply to emails. But the worst is that out of the blue they charged my card with 1090 gbp, saying for 4cu mts extra.... What?! There was not extras. I have chased them for more than a month and not a single reply to my emails. When I call they just say the same, we will get back to you, but never do.
So guitar gone, 1090 pounds gone into their pockets for nothing, over 100 phone calls, tens of emails and not an answer.
My move: broken items, late, wasted days at home waiting...saying we come then they dont turn up... Then they steal my money And lose my guitar.
3 months of hell
Wanting to sue them....criminals!

DO NOT USE THEM!!!! They cancelled ONE WEEK before the move!!!! Saying they had changed their mind and decided that the price they had quoted was too low and they didn't want to do it anymore - sorry!!! Clearly I was left high and dry!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!
I booked everything, 2 months before my planned move. They sent a contract and took a deposit 500€ deposit.

Unforgivable and undeliverable?!

The team seemed more than happy to sell me the move from Ireland to Berlin. They picked up my goods however they forgot to send over the packages to the storage in Berlin.

They sold me a second move a few weeks later from there storage in Berlin to my apartment in Berlin and then on the day of the move realised that they never shipped my boxes in the first place.

Only one email received to say that I have to wait another week for my possessions.

Hiding after they messed up and lying about the reasons just makes it worse.

Just don't use them!
