Easy to arrange, good customer service and hassle free moving day. What more do you need.

Found this company on the internet. Initial interaction via phone call was good. The staff were very helpful and provided competitive prices. Once I confirmed to go with the company the service did drop slightly however it still was more than average. The only bump came when I was contacted by the delivery driver as he didn't seem to be in possession of all the details. This caused some concerns as to whether everything would go smoothly. However on the day everything went to plan without any problems. The driver and his staff were very helpful and did a good job. The payment was taken with no problems. I would recommend at the very least considering move24.

Moved from Dublin to Manchester. The move was outsourced to another company which i didnt realise would be the case but the movers were great, very friendly, quick and all our stuff arrived on time. Movers carried all the boxes up 10 stairs with no issues.

I found the costumer care team helpful when i rang but i did have to chase them to pin down times for the date of the move rather then them contacting me.

We had a late finish as our removal firm arrived late at 10.30 and they also had to make a second journey. probably our fault for having too much furniture. On the whole they worked very hard and were very helpful .
Communication with Move24 was first class.

Just the worst experience ever for a move. No boxes, two men and a small van. Many items damaged and many left behind due to lack of time and space. Had to hire our own van to assist. No carpet protectors, smelly men. It goes on and on. Then pestered for payment for months. Awful company and shouldn't be allowed to trade

absolutely shambolic service. DO NOT USE!! They use non professionals (any man with a van)
they do not give you an accurate assessment of what cubic feet you need (just a phone assessment) and then they charge you double mnore on theday stating you have gone over the threshold. my move was meant to be a complete package move - the 'remover' came with a half functioning van - no tools or packaging! he couldn't even disassemble the furniture. I had to provide the tools - and even then he was unable to. I had to enlist by friends to do this. When i voiced my objections to move 24 - they wanted proof. I didn't take pictures of the man without a tool box!! absolutely shambolic rip off. needs to be reported to trading standards. their customer service are unable to assimilate the necessary information and send rude e mails in return. a businees doomed to failure due to lack of returning business. DO NOT ENGAGE MOVE 24!!!!

This is not a removal company - they merely sub contract other removal companies. Their initial sales is very persuasive and charming but then the problems start. A pleasant enough young woman dealt with my move but she was clearly overworked and not coping particularly well. I booked an asisted move but in the end one guy turned up with a rickety van which he drove all the way from northern england to warsaw. It was due to him that all my stuff turned up intact (not Move24) The company he worked for was much better at communication and much more homest than Move24. I wish I'd dealt with them directly. Anyway my contact at Move24 promised i would be sent a new invoice with a reduced amount - it is 2 months since the move and I still haven't received this invoice and all my emails have gone unanswered.

Update: They took the full amount of the original invoice via Paypal without my permission so I opened a dispute with Paypal and they agreed to discount £50. I think it should have been more than this, but frankly can't be bothered to pursue it. Needless to say I am not impressed with their customer service.

Please, avoid this company at all cost. The sale process was smooth, but the actual delivery of service was totally awful. They use third party movers, so in essence, they are just a coordinator and help desk. In both of these core functions, they failed completely. First of all, their IT-system gave a moving date that I personally confirmed with their help desk. After 6 hours of the informed time of arrival, and multiple calls to the call center, they managed to find out that the date was wrong (the default answer in that day was that the van would be within minutes) and the moving will be postponed three days. Multiple complaints, both written and phone calls, did have not effect. They were no proactive communication to inform what is happening. Even the management did not keep their word on communicating back after saying that they will personally seek to solve the problem. Really, really, bad customer service. Please, avoid!

Do not use this company ,I asked for a quote on the Internet the next thing they were on the phone you basically have to tell them what you have to move ,very difficult you tend to forget what you have in places like the shed loft etc ,anyway against my better judgement I agreed to use them but after reading some awful reviews and finding more things I had forgotten about to add to the list to be moved I decided to cancel the order this was only a few days after the initial order ,they are now demanding a fee of £150. My own fault I should have done some research before placing the order . Basically all they are is middle men it is not move24 that move you it could be any one. My advise do not use these robbers use a proper moving company .Updated review of your move. Please ignore all of the above statements ,the company these were aimed at was move24 not your move I apologise for any misunderstanding to potential your move customers and to your move.

This is the first time I have employed a company to move the contents of my family's home.
The communication by the administration team and the flexibility has been very good - thank you Matt.
The 2 chaps who loaded our possessions couldn't have been more helpful, willing and considerate of they tried.
This company has made, what is meant to be a stressful situation, remarkably easy. Thank you Paul and James.

Move 24 is a scam !!!!!

We booked the move (including packing) with this company for a Sunday in May. we had confirmation from them multiple times that the move would happen, and the fact that it was Sunday was not a problem.

When Sunday arrived, the movers did not arrive. We had to be out of our house on that day, and could not get hold of this company on any of the contact numbers. In the end, we had to get a last minute mover to come move us, and we had to desperately pack all our belongings into banana crates thatt I managed to obtain from the local supermarket.

I have contacted their customer support team about this, I have left messages on all of their phone lines, and I have sent multiple emails to them. The only correspondence I have received from them is the invoice for the full amount that they send every month. Even after I have told them that they did not arrive, they still insist on asking for payment.

They refuse to respond to any of my emails, if I can ever get hold of anyone on their contact numbers, I get told that they will report it to their managers, but cannot do anything else.

Move 24 is simply claiming to do work, and then demanding payment. They will leave you in a situation where you need to pay extra money to get a last minute mover, and then demand payment themselves. Do not use this company for anything.
