I booked an appointment for 11:50am for an MOT together with an oil and filter change. After booking, I received an email asking me to drop the car off before 9:00am. As requested, I arrived before 9:00am and informed the receptionist about the email. He told me I could either leave the car then or return at 11:50am. As I was already there, I chose to leave it. I was then advised to collect the car between 1:30pm and 2:00pm. However, when I arrived at 2:00pm, I was informed that the work had not yet been completed and that the oil and filter still needed to be changed. I had to wait more than 30 additional minutes. I found this very disorganised. I do not understand the purpose of being asked to drop the car off before 9:00am if the work was not going to be completed within the advised timeframe. If I had been told to collect the car later (for example at 5:00pm), or if someone had called to inform me that they were running behind schedule, I would have understood. Instead, I was left waiting unnecessarily. In addition, when the car was returned to me, it was not left in a proper spot to leave. Overall, I found the service unprofessional, and this was particularly disappointing given that I paid £188 for the MOT and service.

Went to several places for an estimate for my exhaust and was given prices £330 sown to £250 Mr Exhaust (Canterbury ) did it for just over £150 the service advisor was a lovely lady very friendly even though extremely busy the work was carried out efficiently by a very friendly technician

I had an MOT done at the Oxford branch yesterday and the chap on reception could not have been more lively. Great attitude and the team were really helpful during my MOT, even letting me keep my car there for a bit so I could crack on with my day. After being messed around by other local garages I’ve finally found one I can trust. Defo found a loyal customer chaps well done.

I had an MOT done at the Enfield branch. All good - no pushy attempt to sell me further services, just a plainly stated advisory warning of potential future brake-pad issues. This is how it should always be.

Needed a clutch quickly, got a quote online really fast, rang and accepted the quote, booked the car in the next day and now all done. Work done, car driving beautifully. Also you get a two year warranty on the work. Not sure about pricing as I needed the clutch replacing quickly so just contacted Mr Clutch
