Ignores customers
We have tried several times in the last week using the online “request quote” and “request home visit” as well as the phone number. Had zero response from any means of contact. Absolutely terrible. How any companies that act like this are still in business is just mind- boggling. Pointless
Update after their response: we had zero communication from this company via any medium to either myself or my husband, not even in spam email so what they say is totally untrue.

We specialise in sanding and restoration, not general creak fixes, but we still went above and beyond—sending you articles, videos, and advice to tackle that banging and creaking yourselves. We’re a private company, not a 24/7 helpline, and we hand-pick projects that align with our expertise. Yours didn’t quite fit, but we tried to help regardless.

Amazing result, we never expected our floors to look so good!
We were very happy with Mr Sander and would definitely recommend the company to others. Ivo was absolutely incredible! We had some deep rooted stains and Ivo did a great job on minimising them, the floors look brand new, so impressed. Ivo was brilliant from start to finish, worked tirelessly and kept us informed of choices on finishes, pros and cons, and recommendations to continue keeping it looking new. Bradley Carr and his team were the perfect choice for us to treat our lounge floor. Highly knowledgeable with great advice to help achieve the result that we wanted. Our floor was sanded and a matt varnish applied to a very high standard. Brad and his team, Charlotte, Marko and Stef, were very professional, efficient and respectful. The job was done quickly with no mess and nothing to tidy up afterwards. We are extremely happy with the final result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these guys. Thank you very much!

Danny was great
Danny was great. He was honest, trustworthy, reliable, kept to his word, and came when he said he would. He did not over promise, and delivered a result I was really happy with.
He covered all my belongings with dust sheets, and mess was kept to a minimum. I couldn’t believe it when he said he’d be able to do the floors in one day, but he did! And he & his colleague did a great job.
He consulted on the colour / finish and kept checking in with me through the day to make sure I was happy with the result. He had good / honest advice and was realistic and honest about challenges / imperfections.
I rarely have good feedback to give about tradesmen, but I really feel Danny deserves it.

I'm so happy with the result, the wooden floor in my new flat had quite a lot of damage, wear and tear etc. and it looks like new now! Davey was also very flexible around my schedule and was able to start the job very quickly. Amazing experience with prices lower than I've been quoted by other companies.

Ismael, Vitor, and Waclav from Mr Sander did an incredible job revitalising my reclaimed oak parquet floor. It was a difficult job, but they approached it well and offered great advice on products (varnishes, seals, etc..) without up selling. Highly recommended.

Unreliable and inefficient. Had someone come over and was promised a quote. Over a week later and nothing. Followed up with the company a couple of times and still nothing. Such a waste of time!

Very professional team.
Great job, Brad, Stephan & Marco.
The guys arrived spot on time as arranged, told us exactly what was about to be done and the results to expect.
They moved all the furniture and set about their work without delay.
They didn't stop until they could put our bed back so we could sleep that night.
The next morning back they came spot on time and started on the last two rooms.
The house has been transformed and we are proud to open the front door again.
Thank you guys for a very professional and pleasant experience.
We can heartily recommend Brad and his team, they do what it says on the tin.

Very impressed
I was told I would be impressed and the floor would look like new and that is absolutely true on both counts! I love the result.
When I was getting quotes for the job, Mr Sander was the only company to book a viewing of the space and the floor.
Ivan arrived on time, explained the whole process and answered all my questions and concerns. Communication was excellent and he even picked up and dropped the keys to my house.
I would high recommend Ivan to anyone living around Crystal Palace - a 10 on the satisfaction scale.
