Great customer service
There was a small error in the listing for the product that I ordered so that the wrong quantity was delivered. However, when I emailed customer service they offered to send a replacement immediately which arrived within two days. Great service, thank you!

Quick response and super helpful
I made an error on my order and Muddy Faces were quick to respond and sent out the correct product.
The products are of a high quality and durable .. they are well tested at our Forest School! A new product to us, is the saw box which I would really recommend - the children find it easy to use. It has made sawing tree cookies so easy! (and feels safer to use as the box keeps the helping hand safely away)

Only downside was that DHL delivered on a Sunday and luckily one of the teachers had popped in otherwise there wouldn't have been anyone there Maybe a bit of feedback to them? Otherwise perfect service
