I had hunted all over the internet for a replacement plug for our water tray. You were the only place I could find one. I was delighted. also the ordering was easy and delivery fast.

The way the basket is recorded and shown during checkout is very confusing.
I spent half an hour after checking my invoice thinking that my discount code hadnt been applied as there's no sign of it on the invoice anywhere, only to realise after writing an email about this that the item ex VAT prices did not match those shown on the website and working out that the discount code is applied before the item goes on the invoice. confusing to say the least and a waste of 30 minutes of my time having to work this out.

The Burns kit that I received is basically a copy of the bandage, blanket, gloves and wound wash that is in the main first aid kit with a few sachets of burn shield. I now have duplicates of items that rarely get used if at all and paid £12.99 for the privilege. Admittedly this was something i should have noticed when ordering and I could have gone elsewhere to buy burnshield sachets on their own at a much better price but as I am doing this order on my own time I was keen to keep to doing one order for everything I needed. Perhaps you'd consider stocking burnshield sachets as an adjunct to your main first aid kits for future.
Finally, I received an entire box of 6 saws instead of the 1 I ordered so now have to spend time packaging and returning items that I should not have received, again in my own time. I do not get paid to spend hours sorting out issues with equipment orders.
I have used the muddy faces resources and website for years and was keen to order through you as I like your business and what you stand for, but please try and make the process simpler with clear information in the basket during checkout and get the orders right.

We love our natural building blocks! It has been very engaging for our 18 month old, three year-old, six year-old Neighbor, and nine year-old. It has sparked a lot of imaginative play, and sometimes the girls will be playing with it for hours. The Muddy Faces company has been so responsive, kind, and helpful. Thank you so much for making an exception for us and shipping to the USA!

Fast and accurate!

I have ordered wooden discs from Muddy Faces for the past 10 years. Last year several of the discs were split and this latest order 10 out of 50 cannot be used - 20% of the total order. I feel this is unacceptable and there needs to be more quality control before an order is dispatched. I understand that wood splits as it dries out but sending out discs that aren't fit for purpose is not acceptable.
