My Bandage Dress Reviews 

MYBD IS HORRIBLE !!!I ordered my dress on Friday 21th December and I was expecting to get a tracking number but they didn’t give me any!!! I’m very disappointed on this site even because I emailed the three times and texted them on Facebook so I’ll be able to track the order I PAID FOR but it seems like they have been blacking my messages which I find very rude !!!! I have an event to attend on Saturday 29th December 2018,reason why I decided to receive my dress with an express delivery and paid 6.99 so I could be able to have it for Saturday 29th December!!! If I don’t have my dress before then I’ll be forced to cancel my order and get my money back and not only I’ll do that but I’ll also make a complain and a bad review on my YouTube channel ! So pls get me my tracking number and my dress for Saturday 29December !!! Thanks

This was my 2nd time purchasing something from MBD & I must say they have not disappointed me yet. I love their dresses they’re always a perfect fit great quality & they look very classy & expensive. They’re Definitely worth the price plus fast delivery.. can’t complain tbh am a happy customer.

The quality and design of the clothes is beautiful! The sizing is very true to size which is refreshing compared to most high street stores. Can also not fault the customer service!! Fabulous all round

I payed for express delivery so I would get the dress before Christmas. they have not delivered the dress within 4 working days. Actually, at the 7th working day I still have not received the dress. I did not get a mail with the tracking number so I contacted MYBD after two days so inform them. They said they would send it the next day. They didn’t. I contacted them again and they informed me that the dress had been sent but they couldn’t find the tracking number. They hoped it would be delivered on Thursday ( 6 working days after I ordered). I still haven’t received anything and they don’t reply to my emails anymore. I even contacted them on Facebook to have answers. The fact that they can’t “find” my tracking number and suddenly don’t respond to my emails, I can not recommend to order from this site. They are very unprofessional.

Update:
I got an email with the tracking number right after I wrote this review. They sent the dress from China TODAY!! I ordered the dress last Wednesday AND they lied and told me on Tuesday that my dress was already sent. I have asked for a full refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! Ill update my review when/if they give me a FULL refund!

So the dress was maqnificant. The red sienna. The fabric was like, damn. I will definitely be purchasing again at your shop. I got the dress very quick also

Honestly wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone.

I ordered 2 dresses to try on for my works due for the Friday and ordered them on Saturday expecting them to be dispatched on the Monday, didnt received an email so I emailed them. The woman Sophie kept saying it would be with me the next day and it never was, she finally said it won’t be with my by Friday that it was lost so shall she just issue me a refund. Annoyingly I said yes as I don’t need the dresses if they are not going to be received by Friday. The next Wednesday I still haven’t got my refund and I’m continuously emailing saying where the hell is it, after ignoring me for a few days this sophie finally then emails me back say the dresses have already been shipped out to me, so if I don’t like them she will tell me how to return.

I told her i did not want the dresses so no idea why I have to go out of my way to return the dresses to get my refund its actually ridiculous, especially after being told the order was cancelled and I would be given a refund ASAP. I told her before they get to my house then make an arranagement for them to go back so I don’t have to return as I have no time to! And she plain and simply said no.

Pathetic service.

I ordered a dress for my Christmas works night last Saturday, unfortunately it did not arrive on time but Sophie was great and so helpful. I called her and left a message and she got back to me within the hour, I mentioned what I’d ordered the dress for, she asked me to pick a dress from the sample sales on the website as these dresses were the ones she had there at at the warehouse and if the dress I’d ordered hadn’t arrived she would send me another one instead. My dress was sent via next day delivery, it was not guaranteed it would arrive before 1pm on Saturday which Sophie had made me aware of. Sadly the dress did not arrive on time but all the same, Sophie still went above and beyond to try and get my dress to me on time and I really appreciated her efforts. The dress however, arrived with me this week and I was not disappointed, the fit is PERFECT and it feels and looks amazing. I can’t wait for the next special occasion to wear this for and I will definitely be ordering again! Thank you Sophie!

dress is nice but sent from china not UK and added £22 extra on top for DUTY which was not stated. Emailed and said they woukd refund this but never have and now ignoring my emails. Beware you will pay more for items with DUTY added as being imported

I always trust my bandage dress knowing the material is good and their sizing is spot on! I had a phone call from Sophie to let me know one of the dresses I ordered was marked, she was so helpful not wanting to send out an imperfect dress and got a different dress I liked sent out instead, thank you! X

I've ordered from MBD about 4 times and never had a problem with them. I usually only order stuff from the sample sale though. Ive had 4 dresses and 2 skirts from here and they all fit really nice, flattering on the body. The quality is also really good, they're a nice thick material. Cant complain. Xx

I would 100% recommend MyBandageDress to everyone. The dresses are so well made. They make me look and feel amazing as they suck me in, in all the right places. I’ve had 4 dresses from them now, a skirt and two tops and I’ve been over the moon with all my items. Also the delivery is very fast which is excellent. I’m in love !!!! 💖💖💖

When I first ordered from MBD I thought it was one of those online scam websites. But still, I tried and placed my first order. The dress looked exactly the same as the picture and fitted even better on my body.
Since then I have not stopped ordering. The material of the dresses are really good and look expensive.

Ordered some dresses for my girlfriend which I needed delivered asap and paid extra for express shipping. I was getting impatient as they had to be here on before a certain day so I got in touch with customer service. Someone by the name of Sophie helped me through the whole process and made sure the order was shipped right away and provided me with the tracking information so I knew when to expect it. She really went above and beyond for me!

The dresses were perfect and the GF loved them. The fit and quality was great and she looked amazing in them! I would 110% shop with them again!

Not happy atall. Paid for express shipping and it never came!! Paid 75 for a dress for a wedding absoultey gutted with the poor level of serivce. I have emailed them and they still havent got back to me i will never ever in my life orderd from this site . It is a full on scam!!!!
