Great service - package arrived on time and great fits!

Can’t recommend enough, ordered the Eira white fishtail dress for my engagement party. Absolutely gorgeous! Got compliments the whole night. Fit perfectly and the quality was amazing. No problems with ordering or shopping either. Will definitely be ordering from here again!

I received my dress well within the delivery time frame.
I ordered CARMEL in Nude. The fit was true to size and had enough give to fit over my chest (normally I need a size bigger). The material is so flattering and holds you in, in all the right places. This dress is perfect for every season. I paired mine with a wine coloured blazer for a recent wedding I attended. Currently have two more items on order.

I’ve just received my order and I’m really pleased with the quality of the dress and the speedy delivery. I had a couple of questions with regards to sizing before I made my purchase so I contacted the support team. They replied really promptly and were super helpful. Will definitely order again and recommend to my friends

Avoid avoid total scam!! Ordered a item paid £6.99 for delivery to be told would receive in 5 days nearly 3 weeks later never arrived sent numerous emails to find out it was coming from China and there were strikes going on, in the end they ignored my requests for a refund and had to claim my money back through the bank!

Awful customer service. Dresses took 3 weeks to turn up, quality was terrible and come directly from China NOT Australia. Refused to refund money and don't reply to emails. I am now having to go through the pain of reversing the payment via my credit card.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Ordered 2 dresses - paid for next day delivery & a week later they still arent here. However I am now being called by DHL daily to ask to send over purchase order for the dresses as the company has had issues with customs over undervaluing goods. DHL have then asked me to cover this shipping/import tax and have said that if I do not sort this within 3 days I would have to pay storage costs.

I have refused to pay all costs and have asked they be returned to sender.

If I had known they were coming from China id not have bothered.

Amazing dress great quality and perfect fit

I've ordered from here twice now and i'll admit the first experience wasn't great as i had to wait a while to receive my dress. However saying that the customer service was great as they got back to be quickly and let know know what was going on, the dress arrived although late it was great really good fit. My experience ordering the second time was seamless no issues with the delivery or the dress, I guess they had a few teething problems to start with

Disappointing experience but good customer service

I ordered a dress but 10 days later I still had yet to receive any kind of dispatch confirmation or whereabouts of my order. I emailed customer support and was told my order was stuck in transit and had yet to reach their warehouse. I gave it another week, but when I still hadn't received anything, I emailed back asking for my order to be cancelled and refunded. They agreed and even though it took another 12 days for the money to appear in my account, (by this point I was worried I might not get my money back at all!) - they did refund the full amount including shipping.

This whole experience lasted for over a month which in my view is unacceptable and has definitely put me off ordering anything with them in the future. However, I can't fault their support team as every time I emailed I did receive a swift response. I understand these things happen but I'm disappointed I didn't receive any updates or communication about the delay in the first place until I reached out to enquire myself.

Would give no stars if it was an option. I ordered a dress off their website paid 89 for it it arrived and didn’t fit me at all way too big. They don’t give a returns label with the package so I applied for a new one 5 days ago still no response. They only give you 14 days to return it. I emailed them and messaged them on Instagram and I have gotten no response at all. DO NOT ORDER unless you know for a fact it will fit because I highly doubt they will reply to me any time soon such a bad customer service. Absolutely ridiculous there’s no returns label either.

The dresses are beautiful and just like in pictures but the quality is SO bad. I ordered mine to wear for my birthday celebration and mind you it was a bandage dress that should be thicker material. I was putting it on when I noticed a huge rip. It was horrible I had to put a bobby pin.

DO NOT order from this company. I purchased my order with them and it never came so i emailed them and they emailed back saying it had been lost it transit. Now their ignoring my emails.

Stay clear. Sent back my items and never got my refund. Messages get ignored. There is talk online of them going bust, don’t buy!
