I had a great experience using this company.. Ordered product with no problems easy to use site and PAYPAL as a payment was great.. Delivery came very quick and driver was very helpful called before so I could arrange for someone to be in.. Overall a great site and would recommend too all..

Mychoice provided a good service and fast delivery

The assistant gave clear advice on ordering and the delivery was on time with a text then a phone call to say what delivery time was.

Delivered when told they would be and look very good and colourful.
Very sturdy build, excellent service.

The item arrived on the day scheduled, the delivery men phoning shortly before arriving with a cheery and friendly manner, then siting the item with care. The correct item undamaged! Then shortly afterwards a follow-up call to check that everything was ok. The initial response with details of when it would be delivered seemed a bit slow, otherwise it would have been 5 stars: quite happy to recommend them.

Great service at a good price. Was informed every step of the way what was happening. Received my item in perfect condition, delivered right to where I wanted it.
When the item was delivered, within an hour of receiving it I was phoned to see if I was happy with the way it was delivered and to check the delivery people had contacted me prior to arriving. Which they did and delivery was perfect.
The day after delivery I was phoned to ask if everything was ok, which it was.

We have now ordered twice from Mychoice and have been delighted with the customer service, the ease of use of the ordering service and the very fast delivery. Recently we ordered our second built in microwave for a family member and to our surprise it was delivered the next day by a very courteous young driver. We have no complaints as everything was packed well and in excellent working order.

Got my microwave at the cheapest price on the net on this site, received super quick no complaints here! Only slight problem was that that the delivery driver refused to drive over the short lane to my home as he said it was too narrow, which I couldn't understand as Curry's and serveral other larger lorries/vans have made it over, but not to worry my neighbour was happy to accept the delivery instead.

mychoice are a first rate organisation to deal. Good products, great service and delivery on time. It would be difficult to improve upon.

having not ordered or knew about my choice before hand i was spespectical at first but it was all for nothing. My lovely new hotpoint stainless steel fridge freezer looks lovely in my kitchen. The delivery guys were very proffessional; kept me updated on time and arrival of delivery as well as tackling the problem that the fridge did not fit through my front door so we had to undress it outside .
excellent care and precaution of getting it into my kitchen and also took with them all the wrapping mess.
would definitely recommend mychoice as the follow up since delievery has been great and really reassuring to know they check on customers experiences. Not just once but twice as i missrd the first call and was left a voicemail but totally forgot to all back.

I received excellent service and when I had a query on my microwave oven they answered on a Sunday!

Fast dilivery

First purchase off mychoice. Bought because of great price . We knew there was a couple of weeks to wait till delivery and this was clearly pointed out . Nearer the time I got a email about time and date and also a telephone call aswell . On the day of delivery we got a call from the van drivers with eta and they arrived dead on time. Great service .No complaints .

I ordered a Liebherr CNESF5113 fridge freezer on the 17th December 2014 with a view to it being delivered towards the end of January 2015.
On the 5th January I received an email saying we will update you as soon as possible with a delivery date, having heard nothing by the 22nd I phone them to say that unless I get a definite delivery date I wish to cancel and receive an email reply advising that they expect to have it soon and as I have waited this long already they advise waiting.
26th January receive an email advising that Liebherr have been having supply/ I.T. problems and that deliveries have been put back a week but we get a confirmed delivery date of Wednesday the 11th Feb. so my wife books a day off work.
At 5.00pm on Tuesday the 10th Feb we get a phone call to say that our fridge is still in Germany and we won't be getting it on the 11th. unimpressed to say the least, surely we could have been informed earlier?
Having had no updates by the 20th Feb. I email again saying that if they can't give me a delivery date I would like a refund, received an email reply from mychoice with an update attached from Liebherr advising that their systems would be live from the 25th February and deliveries would be re-commencing after this date.
As of the 28th Feb. I have had no reply to my latest email and to-days phone call asking when my fridge will be delivered still didn't get an answer.
They've been polite on the phone but it has been me having to do all the chasing, their communication has been very poor to non existant and the constant deferral of a delivery date has left me banging my head against the wall.
I would rather stick pins in my eyes than deal with mychoice again.

I had been in need of a new fridge for too long but did not fancy sorting out a replacement if it meant trying to find what I wanted in local electrical retailers outlets.
My son in law used the internet to find exactly what I wanted, a larder fridge to fit into an existing cupboard.
The order was placed and we received prompt service regarding delivery instructions.
I prepared my old fridge ready for collection. The new appliance arrived at the time stated and the old fridge taken away.
I am very pleased with the way the whole exercise went and would use your firm again.
