I ordered an item online. 30 mins later I was phoned and told that the colour that I'd ordered was not in stock. After many apologies, I was offered a choice of many other colours. I chose a new colour and the item was delivered when expected.

Who wants to buy a fridge and then be told that the delivery you thought was acceptable (10 days) has now been made 6 weeks? Cancelled that order and bought from mychoice - was in stock and delivered within a few days - what do other companies think you are going to do without a fridge - eat out?

Keen price, and delivered on expected day, can't do more...

I purchased a Hotpoint gas cooker HUG61G from mychoice.co.uk in December. The product was great value compared with other retailers. I found customer services very helpful, delivery prompt and I would unreservedly recommend mychoice.co.uk.

Helpful delivery staff. Decent delivery slot offered and got courtesy call when the delivery was around 45 minutes away. Sales staff also phoned to check delivery had arrived ok. Excellent service.

Purchased a Samsonite suitcase (hardshell). Price was competitive and offered with free delivery. Delivery date was about 10 working days, but arrived on the day stated after purchase. Would definitely use Mychoice again.

My Choice were competitive on price for the cooker hood but in addition offered free filters for said hood and free UK delivery whereas most other companies charged for both. We were warned that delivery may take a few weeks as it was coming from outside of the UK. We were very pleasantly surprised to receive it after less than 2 weeks. We were contacted to arrange delivery, contacted on the day to give us an estimated time and the driver contacted us at the earliest of this time to get directions to our property. (We are not easy to find!). The driver was punctual, polite, friendly and efficient. We were very happy with the service we received from mychoice from start to finish
