I dont think i got good service when it come to renewal

I had motorcycle insurance with them at a good rate for Yamaha R3 as I was thinking to upgrade to higher cc bike , I got a quote for a Yamaha R6 which they gave around 276 dollars a month which was quite good and I bought the motorcycle. Later when I called them again after buying the bike to give them Vin number and setup insurance , they said they made a mistake . They can’t insure me being an M2 rider .I wouldn’t recommend anyone these people , very unprofessional.

I was originally with state farm, which switched to certas and the rates increased...I haven’t made a claim in decades and State Farm couldn’t do anything for me. I switched and am very happy with the rate and service from navigators insurance! I would definitely recommend this company if you feel like saving some money!

Service depends on the agent you get on the phone, when you call to inquire about your policy or a product.

No issues except minor paperwork mistake when moved to different company for coverage

when I got hit last December...... as much as i was injured and hurt your associates didn't care I was treated like a criminal from both Navigators and Wawanesa even when i wasn't at fault.... don't need nothing from you or your team as I work hard for mine. Rspect your clients and your clients will respect you....

I thought I was suppose to get cheaper insurance but all I have seen is I am basically paying the same for half the coverage so I am not sure if I should be angry with Navigators or our dumb politicians........besides this fact I am satisfied with Navigators!

Please stay away from this company. They will only reply to your e-mails and phone calls when it suits their needs. They will tell you a price over the phone and you will get billed something completely different. furthermore, you will have to pay a penalty to cancel your insurance as I did for ($800). Stay away from this company and intact or it will cost in the end. Save yourself stress and money by choosing anyone but this company!!!!!!

As per their reply saying their quoting tools may not be accurate?? I get if their numbers are off by a couple dollars but when it's a $100 a month difference?? Your faulty tools cost your customers an extra $1000 a year? And as for the cancellation fees, I never agreed to be put under a plan with that kind of risk, I would have rathered have paid first and last than to be stuck with a $1000 cancellation fee from intact.

When my drivers abstract changed I emailed you guys twice asking to find a cheaper plan, no answer. I called multiple times, no answer. I could only get a hold of my broker when my policy expired and that's how I ended up with the intact policy with an $800 cancellation fee.

The Account Managers are always professional and helpful and do their due diligence in following up on the requests. Keep up the good work!
