My claims experience has been limited, only 2 claims both handled to my satisfaction. However, and I blame myself for not correcting info on your files, i believe my premiums could/should be lower

We have been a customer of navigators through predecessor companies for over 25 years and not once has anyone ever reached out to us to discuss out insurance needs.

Woman who sold policy was unfamiliar with details. Got them wrong. Woman who closed policy was unfriendly. Would never recommend this brokerage.

My accident was on the 8th and other than getting a rental and an adjuster coming of aug and haven't heard from anyone since and I found out today that my adjuster is on holidays not happy

Originally when I set up my auto and motorcycle insurance last year, it was a lot of back and forth phone tag but eventually got it taken care of. This year I’ve had several questions for them and information that needs changed but have been unable to get in contact with them. I’ve sent two emails and phoned 4 times over the last several months and had zero response from them. I’m appalled by their horrendous customer service and wouldn’t recommend them.

Took me in when no one else would! When times are rough for insurance it isn't fun, but Navigators was welcoming, friendly and made a not so fun thing to deal with much easier and enjoyable. Have been with them a few years now and they recently provided guidance to adjust my renewal rate on my next term so I would be able to get a better rate earlier when it would be accessible! So I feel like I'm being looked after for my best interest, which I haven't experienced with other companies in the past. To date any interactions and experiences have been smooth, and they have quickly become an insurance company I feel I can trust.

Very bad customer service - basically no following up and hard to contact.

I have been promised a refund/compensation from my rep since may of last year and NEVER received anything.

I was upset with Poor Customer Service of Account manager. Also After 5-6 years, still my car Insurance monthly Installment was increasing 21% By Insurance company, which is too much.
Whenever I call Navigator Insurance, I got reply very late. After contacting broker too get lower price for other Insurance company, no one effort to give good Quote.
