Agent never returns your call . Takes several calls to handle a simple issiue. No follow-up to get you the best rate; no explanation as to why the rates go up or why the insurance company wanted to cancel.my coverage. Not the service level I want in an insurance broker.

Unable to receive competitive rates. Had to search for myself. Rep said she had searched 20 providers and could not find a better rate. I made 1 call and found same coverage $900 cheaper.

A woman called to talk to me about lowering my rate...i was a customer. She just stared talking assuming I wasn't busy...but I was and when i asked her to call back she became rude and hung up...never did call back. I changed providers.
So much for customer service.

Hi Andrei, we review every account when it comes to renewal time. The insurance market is very challenging at this time and rates seem to be increasing across the board - even for clean drivers. We work with over 15 companies and do our best with the insurance providers we work with. We're all hoping for the market to calm down and for rates to decrease!
