Lance was quick with his quote, answered my questions and saved me money. I didn't hesitate to recommend him to a couple of other friends...who also saved money.

Still waiting for payment schedule, still waiting for any information about my house insurance. Took about 10 emails and phone calls to get clarification about well...a lot. Extremely poor at explaining anything. I have never had such problems with a car insurance company ever. Documents had so many errors, including basic spelling errors, had to keep sending back for adjustments.

I was impressed with the price drop, but not the fact that I have to now pay for a cancellation fee with my old company and a double payment in March.

I will wait until I get my new home renewal policy before I make further comment. I was told by combining both home and auto I would receive a substantial savings. The jury is out on that promise. I feel insurance companies, auto, home or life are always full of empty promises as long as they get your money so like I said the jury is out. The proof will be in the pudding.

I was under the impression that the insurance companies would have someone provide you with best rates and coverage. My previous company just sent renewals and was not easy to deal with. After some checking I found I was overpaying. I changed companies. I was shocked at how easy it was to move everything over, They gave better pricing and offered a payment plan. Everyone was extremely nice, answered every question and took the time to follow up to be sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend this company.

The broker was very clear and thorough regarding coverage and pricing. He always responded to my calls and emails in a timely manner. Documents arrived in a timely manner as well.

The system was flawed with explaining to customers about the policy and discussing the further help outside of accidents.

Switched to Navigators because we were less then impressed with our last company.
Jen made sure she hooked us up with the best possible deal and was more than happy to take my many phone calls for all my questions.

Left 2 messages nobody bothered to call me back, this is the second time this has happened.Purchased a policy with another provider. Will not be renewing my policy so please dont ask.

I canceled with my old company because your rates were better according to the quotes i received by the broker, but the end result is your more expensive than my old company , It's deseptive & not very professional .

The best insurance company every. I would recommend this insurance company to my family and friends for sure.
