From the very start. I was contacted and made to feel supported. I was given full details of what would happen and when. I was given timely reminders when I needed to complete anything and given the reasons why. Every time I returned anything it was acknowledged. I was given expert advice along the entire process and I felt as if my interests were at the forefront of the whole case. My support began around the 30/12/2024 until this week.
