Alhamdulilah everything was done swiftly and to a high standard. They manged to get my tickets and visa very quickly and even got my visa cheaper than first expected. Really appreciate their proffesionalism and would definitely recommend their services to friends and family.

We used Umrah visa service and there is no doubt that we received very professional advice and support all the way long through Customer Care Manager Ammarah Mustafa. We required to process our visas on urgent basis and we were told that they can process within 5 working days and we indeed got our passports back even before that. Total peace of mind!, Highly Recommended.

Sister Ammarah dealt with my umrah request and was extremely professional and organised, i was very chuffed my visa came through within a week or so.
She was very good in getting back to me with any questions I had almost immediately via email.

My brother and I wanted to go to umrah at short notice. We decided on sunday and wanted to leave on thursday. I was told it cant happen by one agency but my friend who did hajj with noori travel contacted them. Noori travel organised everything visa , transfers, hotels and 5*accomdation. I would also like to mention if your looking for a cheaper flight, have time and patience, then I would recommend you take the indirect flight, as l did which made a stop at Beruit for few hours and then took off to Jeddah.

I have really been looking forward to writing this review since I recently returned from our Umrah trip so here it goes…

I contacted Noori Travel agents 11 days before my departure date and asked them for a Umrah package to leave within 10 days and if this was possible. From the very first call (Brother Mohsin was the agent I dealt with) took complete ownership of arranging my trip and made my itinerary to my specification, exactly how I wanted it! From flights, to hotels to local Ziyarat visits all within my time scales. I didn’t have to compromise which was particularly impressive considering I was also on a tight budget! One of the initial things that impressed me most is that considering I was fussy due to my time restrictions and yes I like to have things how I want them, they did not take advantage and at no point did they start charging me for extras. The duration of my trip was just 8 days and I wanted to cover as much as I could in 8 days, so there was no room for delays, mishaps or extra-long stop overs, I was not disappointed.

Prior to leaving I was told exactly what I needed to do very clearly, and received my visa within 5 days. My itinerary and contact list of those in Saudi (contacts in Saudi are available 24/7) were all sent to me via email. So within 8 days of my first call to them I had everything in my hand ready to travel in two days time!

Upon arrival the driver was waiting for us and took us straight to Mecca and we performed our first Umrah Alhumdullilah. On the first day someone from Noori agents came to our hotel room to ensure we are happy with the arrangement and to let us know that if we need anything we just need to call. The drivers they use are wonderful and very helpful. We actually also arranged private trips with them as we felt safe with them. The Ziyarat trips were special and they did not rush, they were very keen to show us as much as they could. Once we arrived we would just let the transport co-ordinator know when we wanted to go to Ziyarats or from Mecca to Madinah and he had the car/ driver ready. They were always on time. Also it is very nice that Noori has the car/ driver service because the journey to Madinah from Mecca is approx. 4 hours so travelling by car means you can stop when you need to etc.

The hotels in both Mecca and Madinah were clean and comfortable. We booked a 4 star package and we got what we expected. The food is ok, but to be honest the quality of food is generally ok everywhere, not the best but not too bad.

Noori are responsible and very well organised. I have only been back a couple of weeks but have given their details to a few people and some have already booked with them. Inshaa Allah in the future I would like to go for Hajj and will definitely look to book with Noori again. I was very impressed and felt even though I paid for a 4 star package I received a 5 star service!

Very helpful indeed, especially Ammara who works for you even on sunday afternoons. they have good communication with their branch in london, which was important for me as I am in london.

Bismillah, I am really pleased with Noori travel, especially Sister Ammarah. I had already done a little bit of research on which hotels I wanted in Makkah and medina. I simply gave her my specifications of hotel and travel and she tailored my package to suit me. Our trip was from 28th January to the 7th February 2017. We wanted A 5* package as I was travelling with 3 children aged 9,6& 3. I was kept fully informed throughout my booking process over the phone or email and sister Ammarah was always available to answer my calls or emails. My booking was made simple and a smooth process. My package was booked within a week. And I received my visa within days of sending my passport to their office. I was sent my umra package, ehram for my husband, travel water bottles for us all and tawaf tasbee counters each. These were very helpful and we made full use of them, by filling them with Zam Zam water each day.
I received my flight vouchers by post and itenary with booking references containing all contact details of staff /transport in Saudi.
On arrival in Saudi I called our transport number and our driver was ready waiting for us.
We were met by Noori staff at our hotel who helped us check in. We chose a Kaaba view room. The best decision I could have made, I recommend it after travelling across the world for such an important pilgrimage. I woke up each morning to see such a beautul view, mashallah. My hotel, Swisotel, was in the clock tower complex, which I also recommend. Bed and breakfast was great they even had a pancake bar where they served freshly made pancakes, daily! Everything is close and convenient, however please bear in mind the al Abraj/Clock tower complex is huge and there is still a lot of walking to the haram. I kept in touch with sister Ammarah who always asked to make sure everything was ok for us. Our transport to medina was fantastic too and a comfortable drive, I rang the driver the night before travel to confirm the time for collection. Our hotel Pullman Zam Zam in medina was also good, the room was huge even with 4 beds. It was a 15 min walk to the ladies section but it was in a good location. Breakfast was good too.
Mashallah We felt blessed by Allah swt on our trip. There were no hiccups, everything went smoothly, alhamdulillah.
I would definitely recommend you book your trip with Noori travel, (ask for sister Ammarah, she will look after you). They delivered on their promise and their customer service is fantastic. Please keep up the good work with your new and existing customers, as their trust in you is important.
