Alhumdulillah we had an excellent service

This was the first time my wife and I went to Saudi Arabia for perform Umrah and in fairness the horror stories about booking with agents who leave you high and dry once they have got their hand on your money were at the forefront of my mind. Performing Umrah is a commitment which weighed heavy on my mind and I wanted to make sure that everything I could do to make life easier before my wife and I embarked on this special trip, could and would be done.

I wasn't aware of Noori Travel before this trip and Iliving in Manchester I decided to do an internet search. That is how I came across Noori Travel. It wasn't the only company I approached, but after I rang around getting quotes for the type of trip I wanted Noori Travel responded promptly to each and every question or enquiry I raised. Believe me I did not make life easy for Sister Amarah (apologies for the misspelling) Noori Travel. On a daily basis I was easing issue and she answered then promptly, efficiently and most importantly to my satisfaction.

I made very specific requests especially as I was only going for 7 days. I asked for direct flights, private transfers to the hotel from the Airport and then between the two holy cities. Not to mention 5 star hotels close to the Haram in both cities. Ziyarat (site seeing) was an important part and again I wanted this to be a private affair with just my wife and a guide who knew what he was talking about. Noori Travel didn't let me down. Kamran Bahi was my point of contact in Makkah and a fully air conditioned car was waiting at the airport to transport us to the Anjum Hotel. On arrival we were greeted by Hafiz Saab who personally checked us in to the hotel and on a daily basis dropped us a message to make sure we were alright, most importantly he made sure we knew how to perform Umrah. Naveed Bahi was our Tour Guide in Makkah and he didn't let us down. Prompt and full of knowledge.

As our time in Makkah drew to a close our sights were on Madina. Again Noori Travel made sure that out private air conditioned car was waiting for us at a time convenient to myself. Mr Abdul Shakoor was our driver and again a man full of knowledge who kept my wife and I entertained with stories for 4 hours as we drove to Madina.....perfect in every way.

In Madina Sister Amarah had organised our stay at the Crown Plaza. Perfect choice, less than 30 seconds walk to the Haram. Our tour guide was Qari Malik. He is an amazing personality and showed us all the popular sites, explaining in perfect detail why those areas were important. He then showed us area a little off the beaten track which amazed us.

ALL MY FEARS WERE UNFOUNDED AND NOORI TRAVEL MADE THIS TRIP FOR US. I CANT THANK THEM ENOUGH. IM SO IMPRESSED WITH THEM THAT WE INTENT TO GO BACK THIS TIME WITH ALL THE FAMILY AND NOORI TRAVEL WILL BE THE ONLY COMPANY WE USE. THEY ARE AMAZING......THANK YOU SO MUCH NOORI TRAVEL AND SISTER AMARAH

All the staff at Noori travels are very professional and courteous.They help me in getting our umra visas .and the response we got from them is excellent got visas within week .Recommended them to all my friends.

Hotel reservations were a problem ended up phoning noori travel in England which cost money. Ziarat was not as expected. Noori travel were on hand to help out and did sort out the problem but everything was booked and should have gone as per booking.

My family of 4 recently performed Umrah via Noori Travels, here's my feedback.

The booking arrangements with Noori Travels was quite striaghtforward. The staff were friendly and the prices were very reasonable when compared with other agencies. Noori Travels provided all the documentation required on time.

The actual experience when we arrived in Saudi Arabia was mixed. Alhamdulillah, we went to Madinah first first. A taxi driver was due to pick us up at the airport but wasn't there to meet us when we got past customs. We had to phone the rep assigned to us who assured us he will be at the airport soon. The taxi driver did turn up after 10 minutes and took us straight to our hotel in Madinah.

Our contact (Mr Sabir) was waiting for us at our hotel lobby. He greeted us and made all the arrangements with the reception staff. He further stated to contact him at any time if we needed to. We were quite happy with Mr Sabir, very polite and just the kind of rep you require if you run into any problems. He also arranged our ride to go to Makkah.

Our experience in Makkah was very different. The hotel we were given was Dar al Eiman Ajyad, not only was it quite difficult to find by the taxi driver but it was on a steep hill which made it difficult to get to. The hotel facilities were good but would not recommend it due to its accessibility.

Our contact person in Makkah was Hafiz Faqeer who had the completely opposite temperament to Mr Sabir. He wasn't there at the hotel to meet us so we had to arrange everything ourselves with the reception staff there.

We received no contact from Hafiz Faqeer for 3 days so we phoned him as we wanted to arrange transport to visit Taif. He rang back later to let us know he has arranged transport with a driver but the cost would be 500 riyals (over £100). As we couldn't find any other alternative we decided to go with it but had hoped at that price we would get a really informative ziyarat to Taif.

Hafiz Faqeer turned up the next day to meet us. I asked him if our driver will be taking us to all the major areas in Taif and he assured us he would. However, our experience wasn't great. The driver, althoiugh a pleasant man, had little idea of the historical places in Taif and refused to take us to 2 places which were very close by and on our route. We felt we had received a poor service for the amount of money we had paid.

Our only other contact with Hafiz Faqeer was to arrange our transportation to Jeddah airport for our flight home (which we had previously paid Noori Travels to arrange). We would have expected him to let us know the arrangements he had made but after receiving nothing we contacted him again.

He rang back to let us know the timing and that it would cost us 250 riyals (around £60). We protested that we had already paid Noori Travels and that we shouldn't have to pay again. At this stage I had to ring Mr.Sabir in Madinah as I felt I could no longer trust Hafiz Faqeer.
Mr. Sabir quickly made the arrangements and let me know what time the driver would be coming.

Noori Travels is a good agency but can be a lot better by improving the types of representatives they have in Saudi Arabia. I would definitely consider using them again if they had a better (and honest) contact person in Makkah.

I was helped on a visa application. The visa was granted swiftly and without any hesitation. Strongly recommend the company.

Very good umrah visa service

They are honest and well organised. I went with my wife, the accodomation was fine for its rating, and very close the the mosque in Mecca. The hotel in Medina was ok, could of been better, but it was close to the prophets mosque.

Overall it was a great experience. Alhamdolilah.

Everything that was promised was delivered and before the timescale given. We were very impressed and would use them again.

Noori Travel provided a quick and efficient service in helping me with my umrah visa. They were able to get the visa in 1week! Brother Awais was extremely understanding and accommodating to our circumstances. I would highly recommend Noori Travel and will certainly be using their services again in the future.

I have been in Hajj with this company in 2015 .. Al Hamdu Lillah it was very good experience. Perfect guidenc , very nice and polite staff, excellent service, and affordable price... it was a tension free and peaceful journey. may Allah give them good rewards in both worlds and give them more chance to serve Hujjaj every year. wassalam. I asked 'Noori Travel & Tours Ltd' to help me arrange Umrah visas for my family. Their response was prompt and thorough. The whole process was made very simple and I especially appreciate Ammarah for her regular updates and guidance about the visa process. She was very clear as to what documents to be sent. It was very convenient that I could email her many of the required documents. I'll recommend this to other travels as well.

Ammarah is exceptional. The customer service was exactly what we needed when planning our first Umrah trip. The service was quick, easy and Ammarah was there to help and update us when needed.

One of the most friendly and efficient visa services out there. Since I first used Noori Travel's services ...I have never looked anywhere else and have returned back to them time and time again. Highly recommended.

The flight arrived at jedda, Driver was not there to pick us up to take us to mecca as was advised by noori travel We waited for approx two hours. The hotel we were given was supposed to have been a five star the room we were given had a filthy bathroom and bath. We had to change rooms twice in order to get a satisfactory one. This lead to a lack of confidence in the service which left a bad taste in the mouth. There also seems to be to many contacts in Saudi which leads to confusion. The customer should not have to contact drivers this should be done by the noori representative and they should inform the customer.

On a more positive note the hotel in medina was of a better standard. We feel the amount we paid for this trip we should have received better service.

Awesome service. I recommend Noori Travel and Tours for Hajj and Umrah. I will use their services again and again.

I recommend noori travels to everyone. The service we received throughout our haj journey 2016 was great. More than expected. Exceeded my families expectations. All staff were polite and friendly throughout our journey from start to end.
