Noori travel provided a very good service when I went for Hajj in 2014
Noori travel was great at obtaining the Visa and arranging the whole travelling process from London to Jeddah. The Hajj seminar was very informative. During the stay in Makkah and Madinah, the hotels and the food was very good. Plenty of food was also provided in Mina and Arafah.
The recommendation that I would make is: Better information need to be provided to the Hujjaj when travelling by bus from Jeddah to Makkah. We were told that we would spend approx 45 mins to an hour in the airport and people were constantly rushing - at the end we were in the airport for more than 7 hours.

Can't ask for more
The team handled everything so intricately and well that I have no complaints. Some things e.g. Saudi Arabian traffic during Hajj was completely out of their control as expected, but everything that could be controlled, was controlled. Couldn't ask for more organisation. Amazing, hassle-free service as an affordable price.

All I would recommend them to do is more talks at mina so nobody goes astray and keeps focused and maybe a few ziarat at macca and medina
If they can afford to take us to a bbq at there expense they sure can do a few ziarats
