John Taggart was the star of the show but everyone I came into contact with during the process were excellent too. Great effort all round from the team at Northgate Mallusk .
As a new limited company getting vehicles on standard finance deals is impossible, unless you pay over the odds or give personal guarantees etc. A long term lease or hire agreement with no silly hidden charges or clauses etc is perfect for me and my business. It gives me ultimate flexibility as the business grows; I can change my vehicle regularly and add vehicles to the fleet that match exactly what the job demands.
It was a Brucey Bonus having the vehicle was delivered out to me. Highly recommend.

Ian - a lovely guy and an asset to your firm
I have just had my hire care delivered this morning by Ian. He is a lovely gentleman, very helpful and friendly. He came on a walk around the vehicle while I inspected it and he took note of additional damage I had picked up on the vehicle. So far, this part of the process has been straightforward and hassle free.

I recently hired a van from this company and couldn't be more impressed with the service. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and efficiently.
The van itself was in immaculate condition
—clean, well-maintained, and ready to go.
Communication was excellent both before and after the hire, with everything clearly explained and no issues at all.
A special mention to Ruairi, who was extremely helpful, friendly, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

Expeditious service from the outset, customer focused, friendly and professional. Nicola who arranged the delivery of my hire vehicle was on point and offered a solution to the delivery should I not be at home. The vehicle was delivered by Chris McNicholl, who was polite, friendly and efficient. I also had the opportunity to speak with David Laight the Branch manager who was able to deal with a query in a friendly, professional and timely manner. Thank you for making things easy!!
