Expeditious service
Expeditious service from the outset, customer focused, friendly and professional. Nicola who arranged the delivery of my hire vehicle was on point and offered a solution to the delivery should I not be at home. The vehicle was delivered by Chris McNicholl, who was polite, friendly and efficient. I also had the opportunity to speak with David Laight the Branch manager who was able to deal with a query in a friendly, professional and timely manner. Thank you for making things easy!!

Had to accept a start time later than my accident repair was due into the garage. Probably a booking system fail, as booked by Auxillis not me in person. Northgate management were very understanding, thank you.

The customer service team, workshop staff are excellent at what they do. Running a large fleet of vehicles, I find the northgate Belfast depot go beyond their job to help us minimise downtime and keep the show on the road!!
